The body, in essence, becomes the mind, the triggering chemicals produced in the body are orchestrated by your thoughts. What you think triggers specific neural and hormonal responses, leading the body to manufacture chemicals that align with and reinforce those thoughts. This means your beliefs and mental focus shape your emotional state and, over time, can solidify into habits or even a perceived identity. It’s a dynamic feedback loop where thought influences chemistry, and chemistry, now in turn, reinforces thought, where now your Body becomes your mind.
