They normalize some of the hardships we all struggle with on the reg, and Alix gives the girls tools and insight about how to be good friends and listeners. Alix also provides some tools for checking in with ourselves and our bodies when trauma and painful memories come up. Is it normal to bring up past traumatic experiences all the time, even though they’re not technically still bothering you?
