To "work out your mindset," you can of get your stories onto paper to see them clearly, slow down the speed and edit those words to create more accurate narratives.  This is our invitation to join our Fortify Health Coaching Co-op for support in rewriting your own stories and ask the key question: Do you want to be in control of your stories?
