What if you could release trapped emotions from your body? Emotions are energy IN motion... and if we don't pay attention to our bodies and fully FEEL our emotions- they can and will get stuck in our body. Do you struggle with allergies? Migraines? Menstrual pain? Tennis Elbow? Are there parts of your body that just hurt and you have no idea why? I would 100% suggest reading this book and seeing if this process helps to relieve some/all of your symptoms. PS: I am not yet certified in the Emotion Code nor am I a doctor- I'm just here to share my experience and let you know that its changing my life.
In the last two weeks I have been completely blown away by this book: The Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson. I first heard about this book from a friend of mine over a year ago now. He mentioned the book and how it had helped him remove his "heart wall" so that he could open up to dating and being in a relationship again. I was immediately intrigued- but for some reason- kept putting off starting the book. 12 months later- I finally started it and within the first 5 chapters- my mind is blown and I'm already practicing with it on myself, my friends and family. I'm also already planning on going through his certification process!
In this episode today I cover:
-The main idea/concept behind this book.
-I share my Mom's story and what she felt as she released an emotion related to her lymphoma.
-I share my friend, Kristin Wise's story and her voice message where she talks about releasing a deep and powerful emotion.
-I go through the emotion code process with myself to release a trapped emotion so you can see it and hear it straight from me.
-How I'll be integrating this process into my coaching, workshops and retreats
I highly recommend reading the book and seeing if this process resonates for you.
Here's to healing and freedom!

Cardiac Cowboys
The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
