Known globally as “The Traveling Trainer,” Maricris tapped into her dual loves of globetrotting and fitness to create a business model that reflects ALL the possibilities fit pros have today, to do what they love, on their terms to inspire a world audience to fitness and wellness.
Maricris infuses all of her work with positive intentions and a strong knowledge base of movement, nutrition and corrective exercise, to name but a few of her specialty areas.
