About Jennifer:
Valuing curiosity over judgment, Jennifer Hill has been learning and growing in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. In her current role as Vice President, Commercial Strategy at data analytics firm Kalibri Labs, she supports clients, partners, colleagues, and the overall industry with innovative and fresh solutions for profit optimization and growth.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in American history from Mercer University and graduated while working full-time in the hotel industry as a hotel revenue manager. She has been around hotels for truly as long as she can remember — her first job as a young teenager was working for her mom, Patti, at a Holiday Inn in small-town Pennsylvania. Jennifer actively participates in industry events where she shares her knowledge and experiences, inspiring others to pursue careers in hospitality.

Jennifer is a hotelier at heart and true ambassador for her industry. She currently serves as the collegiate chapter liaison for the Washington, DC chapter of HSMAI as an advisory board member. In the past, Jennifer served for four years on HSMAI’s Revenue Optimization Advisory Board and as co-chair for its annual Revenue Optimization Conference (ROC). She is the winner of HSMAI’s Revenue Optimization Professional of the Year and Top 25 Minds in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Optimization awards, and is a frequent speaker at ROC and other industry conferences.

Beyond her professional career, Jennifer is known for her collaborative spirit and commitment to learning. She is a student of improv and the “yes, and” principle, an avid reader, and the keeper of just one New Year’s Resolution: to drink more champagne (ask her why!).
