What's holding you back from acting on what you believe? Pastor Cleophas Muyelele of Kenya delivers a stirring wake-up call for believers who have been planning, praying, and postponing rather than taking decisive action on their faith.

Drawing from James 1:22, Pastor Cleophas reminds us that "faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead." Through powerful biblical examples like Hannah's persistence that led to Samuel's birth, the hemorrhaging woman who pushed through crowds to touch Jesus' garment, four desperate lepers who risked everything by approaching an enemy camp, and Simon Peter's reluctant but faithful casting of nets—we see a consistent pattern: breakthroughs happen when faith meets action.

The message speaks directly to those who have written proposals but never submitted them, planned ministries but never launched them, received words of encouragement but never acted upon them. With compassionate urgency, Pastor Klaus challenges listeners to stop waiting for perfect conditions and start moving toward their God-given visions and dreams. "God wants people to stand up and say 'we are going for it,'" he explains, "and He will always multiply our steps."

This timely word offers both inspiration and practical wisdom for anyone feeling stuck in a cycle of hearing without doing. Whether you're facing seemingly impossible circumstances in your family, business, health, or ministry, Pastor Cleophas reminds us that our breakthrough might be waiting on the other side of our next faithful step. Ready to move beyond good intentions? It's time to do it!

(00:43):
God will help you in you atthis day, and I know that God
will help you in everything thatwe do.
Let's believe and pray.
Father, in the name of JesusChrist, we just want to thank
you for this day.
We thank you for yourfaithfulness.
We thank you for your grace.

unto us Today.

Help us that you may understandyour word and be the doers of
the word.
We praise you and we honor youin the name of the Father, the
Son and the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Now, I'm always a man of actionand today I just want to speak
something about it's time to doit.
I know, probably you haveplanned things, you have had

(01:29):
your plans and most of the timeyou have been postponing and
planning that you will do itnext time, but I want to
encourage you that now is timeto do it.
You know, I always believe thataction attracts obstacles.
There's no way you have a goodplan without having an obstacle.
There's no way you'll say I'llwait until it's calm.

(01:52):
No, you have just to be thereand I trust God for everything
and I believe that God will helpyou so that you will not stop
at this time, but you'llcontinue.

Let's open the book of James 1: 22. (02:00):
undefined
Wow, James" 1, verses 22.
I love James when he's writingIn Verse 22,.
The Bible says "Do not merelylisten to the word and so
deceive yourselves, do what itsays.
So most of us, we are goodlisteners, we know the word and

(02:25):
probably I'll say we deceiveourselves and we stop there.
But we have never been doers ofthe word, and I know I'm
speaking to people, probably, who have listened to different
preachers, who have listened todifferent pastors, who have
listened to different teachings, depending on your age.
You have had a lot ofexperiences.
But just allow the Holy Spiritto speak to you today that it's

(02:49):
time to do it.
It's time to do it and I justwant to remind you again do not
merely listen to the Word, listen to yourself, do what it
says.
You know I'll be wondering, pastor, why are you saying this?
I'm saying this because I knowwe are living in a time that
we're just tired of the peoplewho just plan things.
We're looking forward to have, you know, like people who love

(03:12):
action.
And James is reminding us andsays in Verse 23, the Bible says
"Anyone who listens to the wordbut doesn't know what it says
is like a man who looks at hisface in a mirror and, after
looking at himself, goes awayand immediately forgets.
I don't know how many things weplanned, we wrote down and
immediately we left.
It just went like that.

(03:34):
I just want to encourage youand remind you that it's time to
do it.
You know, be like a man whoplans.
Verse 25, the Bible says be likea man who plans.
Verse 25, the Bible says butthe man who looks intently, let
us be, let us intend, let ushave an intention to get the

(03:57):
word and do the word.
You know, when I was thinkingabout it's time to do it,
actually I was learning goingthrough the Bible and I have a
lot of people who really heardthe word but they didn't do it.
And we have a lot of people whoreally, when they heard the

(04:19):
word, they didn't.
You know, in James 2" 17,.
The Bible says In the same way, faith by itself, if it's not
accompanied by action, is dead.
I'm reading from NIV.
So they say in the same way, faith itself, we love faith, we
are people who walk by faith.
I'm a man of faith.
This is a big topic right here, but I just wanted today to just

(04:43):
go through and just remind yousomething.
In the same way, faith byitself, if it's not accompanied
by action, it's dead.
And therefore, as faithfulservant, let us not just be
people who are filled and stopthere.
Let us be the people who do thework so that we don't live like

(05:04):
dead people.
People are full of faith, butwe are not ready to activate
what faith holds.
Now, when we continue, we willlook at 1 Samuel.
We will look at some of theexamples of the people who
really decided that they weregoing to do it.
You know, it's a beautifulstory.

In 1 Samuel 1 (05:25):
1, going down, and I'll just start to read from
Verse 5.
The Bible says "ut to Hannah hegave double portion because he
loved her and the Lord hadclosed her womb.
There was love all over, butthe Lord had closed her womb.
And because of the Lord hadclosed her womb.
There was love all over, butthe Lord had closed her womb.

(05:46):
And because the Lord had closedher womb, her rival kept
provoking her in order toirritate her.
I know we have people who arein the situation that is
provoking you.
We have a lot of things thatare provoking you and irritating
you, but I believe it's time todo it Now.

(06:06):
It's time to actualize and bedifferent.
The Bible says this went onyear after year.
Whenever Hannah went up to thehouse of the Lord, her rival was
Peninnah.
Her rival provoked her untilshe wept and ate.
Hannah's husband would say toher Hannah, why are you weeping?

(06:27):
Why don't you eat?
Why are you downhearted?
Don't I mean more to you thanten sons, man?
Those are just your sons forHannah.
He rewarded his own self andbecause of having this urge to
become the truth provoked him todo something.
He continued to read and oncethey had finished eating and

(06:49):
drinking, she and Hannah stoodup.
Now early, the priest wassitting on the chair by the door
of the Lord's temple.
In bitterness of soul, Hannahwept much and prayed to the Lord
God, remember me.
And she made a vow saying "OLord Almighty, if you will only
look upon your servant and notforget your servant, but give me

(07:12):
her son, then I'll give him tothe Lord for all the days of my
life and the razor will be usedin the hand.
Now that's a good story.
That's a good you know.
Like that one's anencouragement for us.
Sometimes we go through thingsand we pray and I can feel

(07:32):
people around me, people whohave a lot of people who are
going through it.
They have prayed for years.
They have believed God for alot of breakthroughs.
They have believed God forhealing from cancer.
They have believed God for alot of breakthroughs.
They have believed God forhealing from cancer.
They have believed God forhealing of their children's
addiction.
They have believed God to helpthem just start a business and
have a breakthrough.
They have believed God ineverything.
They have really been seekingGod, just like Hannah was

(07:52):
seeking for a child.
They have really been seekingGod for direction, and the Bible
says in Verse 17, go in peaceand may the God of Israel grant
you what you have asked of himbefore that.
You know, Eli thought Hannah wasdrunk but he said no, I've been
praying out of my great anguishand grief.

(08:13):
So Eli realizes that and hereleases the word, a prophetic
word, in the name of JesusChrist, and I just want to
declare this that go in peace, and may the God of Israel grant
you what you have asked.
May God give you what you haveasked.
You have been praying andseeking God, but it's time to do

(08:33):
it.
May God give you what you haveasked.
She said may your son findfavor in your eyes.
Then she went her way and atesomething and her face was no
longer downcast.
When I was reading this story, actually, I noticed most of the
people.
We stopped there.
We have the word for the yearand we get excited and then we

(08:53):
kind of wash our face.
Then, when we don't feeldowncast, then we just leave it
that way.
Most of us are like that.
We have heard, we have went todifferent meetings, we have been
praying in different places, but we have never actualized, we
have never taken action.
See in Verse 18 what happened.
She said Verse 19.
The Bible says early in themorning they rose in worship for

(09:16):
the Lord and then went back totheir home at Ramah.
The Bible says and Kana laywith Hannah, his wife, and the
Lord remembered her.
That action is what I'm talkingabout.
I'm talking about it's time todo it.
Don't let, don't stop, don'tjust be the hearer of the word.
But I want you to be likeHannah Just believe God Once you

(09:39):
receive the word move.
Once you receive the word move.
Once you receive the word act.
Once you receive the word, believe it.
Once you receive the word, activate it.
Hannah laid, and Hannah laidwith Hannah, his wife, and the
Bible says and the Lordremembered her.
If she could not have done that, probably we would say no

(09:59):
prayer warrior, woman of God,but you're not taking action.
We have had a lot of people InAfrica.
Most of the people pray so muchI've met people pray, they'll
pray for days, and I loveprayers myself, so it's
something that I believe in.
I love prayers myself.
People pray, pray, pray.
But we have learned something, and I read this story and

(10:20):
learned something that if you'repraying and you're not planning
, and you're praying and you'renot putting action, you may end
up crying and weeping and justthinking that the Lord cannot do
it.
And the Bible says in Verse 20.
So, in the course of time,Hannah conceived and gave birth
to a son what a beautifulmiracle.

(10:41):
And he named him Samuel, because they asked the Lord for
him.
We all know that in Matthew, chapter 7, the Bible says ask
and shall be.
You have to just take an actionof asking and have an action of
believing.
You have to take an action ofbeing there to make things work
out.
And the Bible continues.

(11:02):
When you see this story, youknow that it's all about.
You have the word, you havereceived the word.
You have listened, you havereceived the word.
But again, you have to do it.
You have an action.
Let me give you another example.
I love the Bible.
It has all the solutions.
Another example we can find itin Mark, chapter 5.

Now in Mark 5 (11:21):
24 going down, this is a story again of a woman
who was bleeding for 12 years.
For 12 years she was struggling, and I know we have a lot of
people around here who have beenstruggling for a long time.
They feel like our familyrejected us.
We don't have a business.
We tried this, it didn't work.
Our mother is cancerous, ourfather is cancerous, there's

(11:46):
blood pressure.
There's all these things thatare surrounding us, and we have
been receiving the word, but wehave missed something.
We have been hearing the word, but we have missed something,
and this is the story of a womanwho had a blood issue for 12
years, and I love reading it.
When you go to verse 26, theBible says she had suffered a
great deal, out of the care ofmany doctors and spent all she

(12:10):
had, yet instead of gettingbetter.
So she was a woman who actuallywas in debt.
I mean, the situation wasfinished.
Now I know we have people whoare in that position.
They feel like this thisbusiness is finished.
They are feeling like thisfamily is gone.
We are ready for divorce.

(12:30):
They're feeling like thesechildren they're done that
they're taken away with drugs.
They're feeling like ourbusiness.
You know everything that weneed.
I know this is something, butthe bible says everything was
growing was for her, so deathwas so close.
But in Verse 27, the Bible sayswhen she heard about Jesus,
there was an element of hearing, and we know we live in a time

(12:54):
that we have heard about JesusChrist Several.
Wherever you go you go to anysocial media YouTube, facebook,
everywhere you go you will getthe Word of God, Jesus, being
preached everywhere, and theBible says she heard about Jesus
and then she came up behind himin the crowd and touched his
cloak.
She had to work and make adecision.

(13:16):
That it's not just abouthearing.
I want to take an action.
Oh, if you'll be in church,I'll say touch your neighbor,
tell him that it's time to dosomething.
Yeah, it's time to do it.
She decided you have written allthe plans.
You have the plan for this.
You have never done it.
You have the plan for this.
You think about financing yourplan for this.
You have never touched it.

(13:37):
But I want to declare anddecree that this year, be strong
and courageous, just step outand let God meet you.
Step out and try Jesus.
The Bible says in Verse 28.
She thought if I just touch hisclothes, I will be healed.
That thought that the Lord hasgiven you as one will bring

(13:57):
transformation.
The thought, the idea that theLord has given unto you, that's
what will bring transformation.
The thought, the idea that theLord has given unto you, that's
what will bring transformation.
Don't sleep on that idea, don'tkeep up.
Don't just let that idea slipaway from you.
That's the solution.
She just thought, if I couldonly touch His clothes or behave
other translation uses behaveas God and hear Now, for her

(14:24):
healing was great, but she knewthe process she established.
I just need to do something.
I know I can see.
You have written a goodproposal.
You have written for business.
You have written a goodproposal for children ministry,
for women, ministry, for otherthings.
You have written everythingthat you want, but it's now just
time to decide.
And now this, everything thatyou want, but it's now just time
to decide.

(14:44):
And now this idea that God hadgiven you.
I have to.
Actually, the Bible says whenshe heard about Jesus, she came
up.
And she came around and tellsus the story.
And you know what Jesuscomments her in Verse 34.
It's all about the faith shewas building and things and the
step that she made.
In Verse 34, Jesus comments her.
The Bible says he said to herdaughter your faith has healed

(15:08):
you, go in peace and be freefrom your suffering.
I'm looking forward to the daywhere your faith will, you know,
you will put into action, notjust waiting.
There, you have faith, youbelieve it, but sometimes you
have to walk through the.
There, you have faith, youbelieve it, but sometimes you
have to walk through the crowd.
You have to penetrate throughthose crowds.
You have to go through thatcrowd.
You have to make a decision.

(15:28):
I want to touch that head.
Yes, you have the faith, butyou have to move.
Yes, you have the faith.
I say it again yes, you havethe faith, I don't doubt that.
But you have to move.
You have to penetrate throughthat cloud.
You have to push for it.
You have to feel that, toendure that pain, that you may
touch the head, it's time youhave to do it now.
Jesus says daughter, your faithhas healed.

(15:49):
Good peace, lord.
We just want to thank you forthe grace.
We thank you, Father, God, forjust being here to heal me.
I'm so encouraged because Iknow that throughout all this,
there was an action that wastaken.
That's why I'm saying it's timeto do it.
I love to see people who aremoving and I pray that God has

(16:11):
been speaking to me through hisscriptures and when I speak to
you, I'm just being filled and Ifeel the presence of the Lord
to say, hey, your faith, yourfaith, your faith, put it in
action.
One day it will be done andeverything will be covered.
Now there's another story in 2Kings 7.

2 Kings 7 (16:27):
3.
I read from Verse 3, but whenyou go back you'll find this is
the story where there was aprophecy about the food.
Elijah said tomorrow, by thistime, the fruit will be sold at
Shekel.
And we have those peopledoubted, because you will never

(16:49):
miss people who doubt what youbelieve.
But you know what God had tofulfill this thing through and
professional, through people whoknow self to be recognized.
And the Bible says in Verse 3now, there was four men with
leprosy at the entrance.
People will not serve to berecognized.
And the Bible says in Verse 3,now there was four men with
leprosy at the entrance of thecity.
They said to each other whystay here until you die?

(17:13):
Why stay in that situationuntil you die?
Do something.
Why struggle in that placeuntil you die?
Why do you have to remain inthat addiction until you die?
You have to wake up again.
The Bible says if we say we'llgo in the city, we will die.
The family is there and we willdie.
And if we stay here, we willdie.

(17:36):
So let's go over.
That's what I'm talking about.
I'm looking forward forthousands of people who are
igniting the Spirit.
I'm looking, I'm lookingforward for thousands of people
who are igniting the Spirit.
I'm looking, I'm seeing howAmerica is rising and there's
revival everywhere.
You know, I'm looking at theway Africa is rising.
There's revival everywhere.
I see the people and I want tolet the people, that people are

(18:00):
deciding that let's go over.
I think this time we have to goover.
They made the decision that weare focusing, we are going over
to the camp of Armenians.
Those are our enemies, but theyhave what we want.
I know people have yoursolution.
Sometimes you say, oh, you know, that's my anger, I cannot
fight.
Sometimes you just have go,just take a step of faith and

(18:20):
actually move.
Don't just take them.
So the Bible says they are left.
They had all the solutions.
They said whichever way, deathis inevitable in us, on us.
So they decided we are going.
Hallelujah, just do it, it'stime to do it.
Just decide today and say I'mgoing over this proposal, that

(18:44):
I've been writing this idea, that I've had everything, that
I've had this place I'm goingover, I'm making a decision to
move.
I mean move, move, move, it'stime to move.
The Bible says at dusk they gotup and went and came over
Armenia.
When they reached the edge ofthe camp, no man was there.
Why?
Because they reached the edgeof the camp, no man was there.

(19:07):
Why?
Because there was faith andthere was action.
There was no man there.
Why?
Because there was faith andthere was action, for the Lord
has called Armenians to hear thesound of chariots and horses
and a great army.
That's how God works.
God wants people to just standup and say we are going for it,
and he will always multiply oursteps.
He will always make our stepsgreater.
He will always make us move.

(19:27):
He will always make things.
I am a man who has seen whatthe Lord has done in our
community.
We started the church.
We were only three, we went tofive, we didn't have anything,
we didn't have any budget andthen, when you come over, we
have spent thousands of tenthousand, above ten thousand
dollars to build, to have abuilding in our place.

(19:49):
I mean, I don't have, you know,I cannot myself, I cannot own
that, no one, even my friends.
But God has a way of makingthings to move.
God had to move.
So every time they were movingand there was an idea.
The enemies come.
They say, hey, they're comingfor us.
And I praise God because I'mtalking about taking action.

(20:11):
Just don't stay there.
They started by saying why diehere?
I said let's go over, then youknow what God cause.
The God, you know, multiply thesound Every time they're making
a step.
I pray that the Lord willcreate a sound in your step,
that every time you make a stepof faith, every time you make an

(20:33):
action, there's amultiplication of sound, that
the enemy will disappear.
In the name of Jesus Christ.
And I pray the Lord because atthe end of the day, the prophets
were fulfilled, because afterthey had been there, I decided,
wow, we have to go Now.
Let's finish up.
I just want to wind up in Luke5.

(20:54):
There's also a story in Luke 5.
So, reading from Verse 1 to 3,going down, you'll find Simon
and Peter.
They are tired, they have donewhat they know.
All night they have toiled, they didn't catch any fish.
And Jesus comes in and they arebusy doing their cleaning.

(21:14):
You know, cleaning.
They are just like oh, we havetried, we are experienced.
If it didn't work for us, Idon't think it would work for
anybody else.
They are just giving up andalmost leaving and the Bible
work for us.
I don't think it will work foranybody else.
They're just giving up andthey're just almost leaving.
And the Bible says in Verse 4,Luke 5: 4, when he has finished
speaking, this being Jesus, hesaid to Simon Peter put into

(21:36):
deep water and lay down the netsfor a catch.
Well, I'm an experiencedfisherman.
I don't think that will work.
Simon answered Master, weworked hard all night and
haven't caught anything.
But because you say so, we willput it in action.
Because of your word, o Lord,we will put it in action.

(21:58):
There's a stirring in me that'stelling me that there's
somebody just waiting for thisword, because the Lord has
released this word, that there'ssomebody just waiting for this
word Because the Lord hasreleased this word.
It's time to put an action.
He said because you say so, Iwill lay down the need.
What happens?
The Spirit of the Lord createssurrounds, makes things to start
working, and when they had doneso, they caught a large number

(22:20):
of feet, but their necks beganto break.
So they signaled their partnerin Calabar to come down.
There's always an overflow whenyou believe the word of God,
when you take action, not justlistening.
And taking action.
There's always a solution.
It's exciting to know that Godthrough making a way and he has
given us an opportunity thatwhen we listen to his word,

(22:42):
there's a solution foreverything.
I just want to encourage youthat you continue.
Be like Hannah, do something.
Be like those four lepers,decide.
Be like Simon Peter.
It might look like it's the end, but say hey, I'll try.
Are you a word?
And the Lord is faithfulbecause he will make a way.
Now, as we end up, I just wantto say this Be open to hear the

(23:02):
word of God.
Whatever way, wherever you'repreaching, just be open to hear
the word of God.
Don't lie.
What the word is speaking, whatthe Lord is speaking into your
heart, do the word.
Once you understand you haveheard the word, do the word, put
it in practice.
It's about giving, giving.
It's about loving, loving.
It's about going in, just goingout, and bless people, believe

(23:24):
in His direction.
That's where we see Peter.
When Jesus told him take thenet, put it down.
Okay, they had to do that.
And our faith, finally, ourfaith in pursue.
I pray that this word willtransform you.
I pray that this word will keepyou open.
Be open to hear the word of Godto the word in his direction.

(23:48):
God bless you so much.
I'm looking forward to callingwith you once again.
Pastor Cleophas Muyelele.
You may God take you.
Good be to us.
It's time to do it.
God bless you.
