Welcome to the Season 2 finale of the Inclusive Stages podcast! 2024 has been a wild ride—it feels like I just started the podcast and it’s surreal to already have two seasons under my belt. Today, I’m going to share my lessons and reflections from 2024 as well as plans for 2025.
But before we get into it, I want to share my gratitude—for the people who’ve trusted me, who’ve listened to me and the guests that I've brought on, and who’ve been open to these newer conversations about the nuances of inclusion work in the arts. Thank you!
We all know that things don't always work out the way we want them to. I was “supposed to” have done so many things that simply didn’t end up happening in 2024. But! I’ve also done so much that I did and didn’t plan for. Join me as I take a look at some hard truths and moments to celebrate from this year.
In this episode, I’m leaning into something uncomfortable that I have people do when I coach them, which is to just show up. So if you find yourself feeling the exhaustion of all that has been 2024, I encourage you to listen to this episode and to take time to reflect on your own year!

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
