In this meditation, you will practice "pendulation," a technique from Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing (SE). SE is a trauma healing and therapeutic approach that involves our body's natural ability to heal from trauma. Pendulation is about noticing a feeling in your body and how that feeling changes. This technique allows you to tap into and support your natural healing process intentionally.
