Losing my mom was a major turning point in my life. It really made me evaluate how I was living my life. It is one of the reasons why I do what I do today as a health coach. I know that life is short so I truly want to live life to the fullest and have nothing holding me back!
So, I was thrilled to do this interview with Andrew Fuller, a clinical psychologist. His newest book is Your Best Life at Any Age. Andrew Fuller is a Clinical Psychologist in Australia and has been described as someone who “puts the heart back into psychology”. He specializes in the wellbeing of young people and their families. He is a Fellow of the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Learning and Educational Development at the University of Melbourne.
