She had used social media before in a casual capacity, but quickly came to recognize the importance it now plays as a critical marketing tool, especially for those in the wedding industry looking for ways to connect with potential new customers. Creative Weddings Planning & Design is now one of the top planning and design companies in the Calgary area and the Canadian Rocky Mountain communities of Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise. Her clients want a bespoke wedding that tells their story and makes hearts skip a beat. Over the years she has worked to master these skills, particularly using Instagram and other social media platforms. She has since developed a second company, Someday Consulting, where she focuses on social media management, digital marketing, and working as a business coach to teach creative entrepreneurs how to scale their business and connect with their ideal clients through organic measures using social media.
