In Part 2 of my new ongoing series on the tore community I dive a bit into the work we were doing and some of my concerns based on my experiences as well as conversations I've had with individuals from other states over the past year.
I believe very strongly in the power of the pen but I believe more in the person holding that pen and what they will be capable of given the right tools, education and practice. I encourage everyone to hone and strengthen your skills of making change in your state/country with the pen, your voice and any way that makes sense to you. I would not suggest jumping on fad action items without thoroughly researching the item, avenue of action and consider all possible outcomes, both positive and/or negative.
