Coffee Shot

"Coffee Shot" guides a breathing exercise session using circular and triangle shapes to energise and relax the body.

Three minute coffee shot.
This session is designed to giveyou the same amount of energy as
a shot of coffee.
So sit comfortably, relax yourjaw, relax your shoulders and
relax your back.
Today we'll be using two shapes,being the circle with continuous

breaths in and out in onecircular motion and the triangle
where I'll guide you through theup, releasing on the down with a
breath hold at the bottom.
At the end, we're going to havea bit of a sigh to let

increase the breath.
