L'anniversaire signifie le début d'une nouvelle année qui commence. L'idée de cet évènement est venue lorsque j'ai eu la chance d'aller au cask days à Toronto avec Hopfenstark. À mon retour, j'en parlais chez Mellön et un jeu de mot plus tard, nous avions envie de lancer cet événement cask. Redorer le blason du cask comme l'Isle e Garde et l'Albion le font si bien.
