Hi, I’m Amanda, the host of IPV and Me, and this podcast is my personal journey through the complex, painful, and often hidden world of intimate partner violence. I share my real experiences with domestic abuse—what it looked like, how it felt, why I stayed, and how I found the strength to leave. This isn’t just about what happened to me. It’s about breaking the silence, exploring the emotional and psychological layers of abuse, and offering support to others who may be in similar situations. Whether you’re a survivor, someone still in it, or just trying to understand, I hope my story brings clarity, connection, and comfort. New episodes cover everything from manipulation and control to the healing process, rebuilding my identity, and finding hope again. IPV and Me is a safe space—honest, vulnerable, and rooted in truth. You’re not alone. And your story matters, too. Reach out to me on Instagram @mandgoggs or @IPVandMe, all DM's will be answered. Email : ipvandmepodcast@gmail.com https://linktr.ee/MandGoggs
In this bonus episode, I highlight the key statements from the first round of witnesses, particularly from Cassie Ventura. This case is reshaping public conversations about power, fame and accountability in domestic abuse.

In December 2020, singer FKA Twigs filed a lawsuit against her ex-partner actor Shia LaBeouf accusing him of sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional stress during their relationship. He responded by saying he had been abusive to himself and those around him for years, and that he was ashamed and sorry to those he had hurt. He later denied all allegations. The court date has been set for October 2024.
