Alot of us spend our years going through "Growing Pains" at different stages in our lives. When we are children, we go through physical growing pains from our bodys shifting and changing, as teens we tackle independence and sense of self as we learn to make our own decisions. And in our 20s (and 30s and ongoing really) we continue to grow as we hone our relationships as we transition from our school age years, surrounded by friends, to seeing our socialization needs and behavior change as that number of people dwindle down when enter our adult years.
