Episode 2: Executive Budget, featuring Kelly Morrissey, CFO

It’s a new year, and ITS is continuing to grow and change in positive ways that will benefit all New Yorkers. 

The digital needs of the state are evolving, and ITS is working hard to meet that challenge head on, thinking outside the box to provide the best possible products and services. 

These changes include a transition to a new dedicated agency service model, which optimizes relationships with client agencies. 

ITS is truly an agency on the rise, especially focused on key areas that are impacting the State today: cybersecurity, customer service, AI and digital transformation. 

The Governor’s recently released Executive Budget has outlined support that touches all of these areas. 

In this episode, we take a deep dive into exactly what the Executive Budget means for ITS and for New York, including how it will keep costs down, improve efficiency, and build a better and more affordable tomorrow for our communities.
