Jemaine Finlay (00:00):
You've probably
been led to believe that
positive affirmations and goalsand intention setting is what's
going to manifest anything thatyou want into your life, and
it's simply not the case.
Is the latter you're about toclimb, leaning on the right wall
, or are you chasing someoneelse's idea of happiness?
Success without fulfillment isthe most painful failure.
Our hearts are vibrating at thesame frequency as Earth's
magnetic field, so if we'recoupled to the big field, then
(00:22):
that information is distributedglobally and a number of
experiments are now showing that.
Hello you, beautiful people, welcome back to it's, your
Wellness, and welcome to 2024, ayear that our hope brings
growth, healing, happiness, love, play, rest and all the good
things that you're calling in.
I'm your joyful host, jermaineFinlay, and today, giving the
(00:42):
nature of New Year vibes, I wantto kick off a year of wellness
with a thought-provoking episode, to illuminate the idea of you
being a conscious creator inhopes, to inspire and empower
and start for an aligned yearahead for your world.
Now we all know that January isa time that has most of us
contemplating what's ahead forthe new year, voicing goals and
aspirations and settingintentions for what you want to
call in.
So today I want to teach youhow to materialize these hopes
(01:05):
and dreams into reality.
In today's episode, I want tobring you the research to this
concept of manifestation because, honestly, you're doing it
moment by moment anyway, whetheryou're aware of it or not.
Manifestation is a state ofbeing constructed with mental
attention and emotion.
Sometimes what we create isaligned and empowering, but
sometimes it's cycles ofdiscomfort and dis-ease that we
(01:26):
feel powerless to change.
Now, I don't often like usingthe word manifestation because I
think it repels a lot of peoplewith this view of it being a
little too airy-fairy, but thereis actually a sound science to
it.
It involves human biology, physics, as well as the
unexplained phenomena withinnature and, viewed within the
scientific community, thatvalidates this magnetic
potential that we all have.
It's time to be intentionalabout what we're creating.
(01:48):
I want to help you get out ofyour own way and give you a
clear guide on the things thatyou need to bring attention to
in your life, so that you have aclear path to alignment While
we're going to intertwine bothseen and unseen worlds of
conscious creation.
In today's conversation, a verycertain factor of the matter is
your anatomy is built as thecreator.
The structure and function ofyour brain is constantly
filtering, deleting, distortingand creating your personal
(02:09):
reality.
Your biology, the chemicalsthat flood your body, influence
your DNA and create the coherentor incoherent state between the
heart and brain that determinesyour potential for healing and
creation.
These are processes very muchgrounded in science.
Whether you turn to research oncardiology, endocrinology,
meditation, immunology,neuroscience, even physics and
(02:29):
environmental sciences, it'sthere and we're going to dabble
in a little bit of it today.
I think there's a lot of peopleout there who are talking about
the how-to of manifestation, butvery few people actually create
awareness on why this wholeidea of manifestation just isn't
moving the needle forward formost people.
You've probably been led tobelieve that positive
affirmations and goals andintention setting is what's
(02:50):
going to manifest anything thatyou want into your life, and
it's simply not the case, whichyou'll soon learn.
Sadly, a lot of people spendthe majority of their time
waiting, not creating, living inlack, living in emptiness,
living in fear, waiting forsomething outside of them to
change how they feel within, waiting for the relationship,
the job, the money to feel loved, fulfilled or successful.
Now, that's a Newtonian modelof reality, of cause and effect.
(03:14):
When you let your senses defineyour reality, it's a view that
says I'm not going to givethanks until my lover, my
clients, my money shows up andI'm not going to be in joy until
my abundance is finally in mybank account.
In general, we've all beensomewhat conditioned into
believing that we need a reasonfor joy, for gratitude, for
feeling abundant or even loved, and it's that very 3D, physical
(03:35):
reality that's holding mostpeople back from ever actually
achieving those very things, despite their deepest desires
and mental intention.
Now you're probably here atnearly every coach in the
personal development spacetalking about this thing of
reprogramming the subconsciousmind and digging up the past to
remove your limiting beliefsystems so that you can truly
heal, align to healthyrelationships or achieve
happiness, which is exactly whatI am not telling you to do
(03:58):
today.
Yes, your upbringing and stacklife experience until this point
absolutely influence why you dowhat you do and what you create
, but today and this year, Iwant you to become aware of your
state of being in the presentmoment, so that you can create
from a place of choice insteadof what life has conditioned you
to be.
My hope is that over the nexthour, I can inspire you with a
new understanding of reality andyour potential and provide some
(04:21):
action, steps to truly align toa beautiful year ahead.
So if 2024 looks like betterhealth, aligned relationships,
more abundance, new levels ofpeak performance, getting
unstuck and finding fulfillment, leaning into fear and taking
courageous action on somethingthat you've been putting off, or
ending cycles of pain andfrustration and creating a
personality that aligns withyour desired personal reality,
(04:43):
then stick around, my friend.
You won't want to miss anyminute of this episode.
I'm going to take this, step bystep, through some of the key
aspects of my magnetic life.
Some of it's science supported, some of it experiential, some
of it relating to quantum laws, all of it undoubtedly playing a
pivotal role in becoming acreator, yet much of it unspoken
of when we talk about thisthing called manifestation.
So let's start with somereflection.
(05:04):
I want you to take this momentnow and be truly honest with
yourself.
Looking back on last year'svision for 2023, did you have
the same, if not very similar, goals and intentions for 2024
than you did in 2023?
Perhaps you wanted arelationship, maybe you got it
in 2023, but they ended up beingthe same as every other person
you've attracted in the past.
Maybe you wished for greaterabundance, a better job, to quit
(05:27):
smoking or cut down on drinking, maybe even lose weight.
Maybe some of you are sittingwithin a conflict right now
because the meter hasn't moved.
Or maybe you got the money lost, the weight, got the job, but
it didn't feel like you'dthought.
You're still filled with thisnot-enoughness, or you still
feel like you're stagnating ornot where you should be.
Maybe it didn't bring you thehappiness that you thought or
(05:48):
get rid of the shame andself-criticism as you'd hoped.
I want you to think for a momentwhat intentions you're setting
for the new year.
Before I even take you on thisjourney to understanding how you
can create it, I want you tocheck in.
Is the latter you're about toclimb, leaning on the right wall
?
In other words, are you clearon why you want this for your
life, or are you chasing someoneelse's idea of happiness?
I want you to get clear on thisright from the start, because
(06:10):
I've been there.
I've been sucked into thefunnel of building a business,
with coaches telling me that weneed to aim for a 10K month and
a six-figure year, and it wasexhausting, unfulfilling and, in
hindsight, it was so out ofalignment for what I truly value
in my life and the lifestylethat I wanted to lead Even worse
.
I see so many people followingthis linear progression of life
Go to university or get thesuccessful job, meet the partner
(06:31):
, get married, get the mortgage, the kids and wait for
retirement, and they'remiserable.
They chase the promotion forthe money, for the family, not
recognizing that they no longerhave time for their family.
They restrict so many elementsof their life to create the
perfect body, without realizingtheir obsession has only served
a deeper self-loathe that causesthem to sense themselves in
relationships and fall short oftheir deeper desire, which was
(06:53):
always to simply feel loved andaccepted.
So what do you truly want?
If it's money, why do you wantthe money?
What does it mean to you?
More time at home with thefamily, freedom, more time to
take care of your health?
Why do you want the marriage?
Is it to truly celebrate yourlove or is it solving your
insecurities?
Why do you want the business?
What will said thing that youdesire make you feel?
(07:15):
And if you spend some time withthat, does it truly align with
what feels good for you?
Because here's the thingsuccess without fulfillment is
the most painful failure, andthe late Robin Williams story
epitomizes this achievingeverything externally, but
battling internal turmoil.
My turning point was realizingthat, while I was busy working
towards my goals, I lackedproductivity and fulfillment,
(07:36):
and I was busying myself intoburnout, isolation and
depression.
Aligning my energy with purposetransformed the way I invested
my time.
You will not be in receivership, no matter how deeply you
desire, if you're not inalignment.
So let me share with you what Imanifested in 2023, because I
actually think it's a perfectbackbone to illustrate the power
of alignment and, moreimportantly, heartfelt emotion
(07:58):
in conscious creation and whereI'm going to take this whole
conversation today.
We will get to the science, butbefore the juicy stuff, my
story will tie us into some keyingredients for living in
alignment, and I also want tospend some time illuminating the
very elements that may bepulling the handbrake on your
efforts to truly achieve whatyou aspire to receive.
So we'll start off with a bitof context first.
Then I'll tell you whatmaterialized from it.
(08:20):
In October 22, after living onthe East Coast for a year, my
partner and I planned for amonth off work to start our
journey driving around the topof Australia to come back to the
West Coast.
The prior year I had started towind down my business, I was
very selective with how manyclients I'd take on as I was
navigating, if the organicevolution of my business was
truly where I wanted it to grow.
In 2015, I had started workingat a natural fertility clinic to
(08:42):
complement my studies as anaturopath and then, naturally,
by the time I made it to myclinical pracc several years
later, I had become known for myexpertise in women's health,
and so the onset of my businessflourished with organic referral
and word of mouth.
Business was growing, I wasbecoming more well known in the
industry and I'd even beeninvited to guest speak and guest
on several podcasts, and Ireally did love what I did.
(09:03):
But there was something missing.
I had all of this knowledge andpassion in fields of mind, body
, medicine that a business ofsupplements and blood test
investigations just didn't feelcongruent with.
I felt that the modality ofnaturopathy here in Australia
was shifting towards greenallopathy in its fight for
registration, still prescribingappeal for an ill, albeit
natural.
It just didn't feel like I wasempowering people as much as I
(09:26):
was led to believe.
My heart was screaming to teachpeople that they are the
medicine my soul wanted to spendtime learning and teaching
human behaviour, spiritualfoundations of energy, medicine,
neuroscience, quantum biologyand other elements that were
beyond the breadth of what I waspracticing.
My issue, though, was time.
My business as a naturopathrequired me to stay on top of
the research in the physicalconstructs of health from
(09:48):
pharmacology and pathology,microbiology, nutrition,
exercise.
On top of that was obviouslythe many hats of owning a
business and staying up to datewith how to run and market a
functioning business.
I didn't feel that I had thetime to explore what was on my
heart.
My passion for women's healthstarted to dwindle because it
started to become a feeling ofsomething that I had to do, more
(10:09):
so than something that I wasbeing guided to do.
So, when my partner and I movedover East at the start of 2022,
it was an opportunity for me toreflect and re-navigate.
Long story short, with thisdecision, over the year,
business got quieter.
I showed up less on socialmedia because I wasn't clear on
who my business was serving.
I spent the last of my money onbusiness development to get
clarity, but the business modelsof coaching online felt icky
(10:30):
and really didn't align with myvalues.
So, with time, money wentbackwards and by the time,
october rolled around and we setoff to come home to WA, the
prospect of 2023 was lookingpretty bleak.
I was setting off for a monthon the road, spending every last
dollar I had, with no prospectsof what or when any work or
business would come in.
But hey, it was a clean slate, starting from the ground up Well
(10:52):
, sub zero, to be honest, because zip pay was maxed after
pay was maxed and I even owed mypartner for a small investment
that I made that fell through.
What I wasn't aware of at thetime was that, amidst the
business courses and the innerconflict of not having time to
pursue my desires, a moment ofinspiration had me write down
some things that I wanted toachieve in the new year.
And here they were To earn$100,000 that year, because it's
(11:13):
what I calculated would help melive comfortably, to have the
time and space to creativelycreate.
There was a podcast I've beentalking about for two years that
sat dormant.
I wanted to explore deepermodalities within energy
medicine.
I wanted to write a book alldormant aspirations that were
intentions without action.
I wanted to be a public speaker.
I wanted to help people in away that wasn't only attainable
for those who could affordcoaching or programs.
(11:35):
I wanted what I knew abouthealing, self-awareness, human
behavior and consciousness to beaccessible for everyone.
I didn't know what that lookedlike.
I wanted to give freely, butclearly I also needed to survive
.
I didn't know how or how longit would take me to figure it
out.
I had no plan.
I just knew what I wanted andto have it felt palpable.
So here I was, arriving back inWA as 2022 came to an end.
(11:58):
My partner was waiting for workto come in and I was still kind
of floundering around with noidea of what to do next.
So the last week of December, Isaw this job posted for an
eight and six raw staff, facilitating a wellness program
to promote mental, physical andspiritual well-being on a mind
site.
Well, that was an ad that I'dnever expected to see for mining
.
So, with no idea what the jobactually was, I applied and by
(12:19):
mid January I was up in thePilbara.
Now, this is the magic ofreflection.
I got to June of last year, 2023, and I was offered a lead role
with a slightly higher pay atanother location.
Before I turned it down, Iworkshopped it with my partner.
He asked what do you want toachieve?
Is it going to offer you careergrowth?
Yes.
Would you earn more money?
Yes.
But my response was I do notwant to grow in mining.
(12:43):
I also don't care about money.
I currently have a job that Ilove, with a culture of people
who I feel energized to bearound.
I earn enough to livecomfortably and I have the time
and space to create, while alsohaving the freedom to travel
with the man that I love.
What I have right now ticks allof the boxes for what I want,
and I don't really want to chasethe next thing.
So obviously I turned the jobdown Before the end of the
(13:04):
financial year.
I had gotten a far better payrise at my current job anyway.
It felt like a reward forstaying true to myself when
shiny objects were on display, and here's what I manifested in
2023.
I wanted to earn $100,000within the year Check.
I wanted the time and the spaceto create but still feel
financially supported.
Well, I'm in a job where I workless than six months of the year
(13:25):
, every second week.
I have a clear schedule tospend traveling and being with
the people who I love.
I do a split shift roster whenI'm at work, so I have a window
each day where I can work on myown creative projects.
I launched a podcast inNovember and I'm finally writing
my book.
I think it's safe to say that, too, is a check.
I wanted to impact lives andsince launching my podcast, I am
constantly getting an influx ofmessages from people sharing
(13:46):
how this podcast has found themin a time where they truly
needed it.
The job I freaking love.
It would be more of a bonus.
I get to share all aspects ofemotional awareness that I love
in a space where I don't have tosell or compete with other
coaches.
I can reach people in need andshare from a place of genuine
care.
And then, as for the publicspeaking, well, not only do I
have my own podcast.
(14:06):
I present to a group of between70 to 100 people on health and
wellness every fortnight, and, outside of my job, I've secured
a handful of keynote speechestaking me right through to
September 2024.
Everything that I had writtendown I received.
Now, I didn't see it when I wasin it.
It was only when I stopped andappreciated the position that I
was in.
That hindsight gifted me therealization that I had
(14:28):
everything that I had asked forand that was created at sub zero
For what feels like a lifetime.
I thought my career was mypurpose.
I thought the impact that Imade in the world had to be
through my business, and Iwrestled with this push-pull
relationship, with glimpses ofachievements and a constant
cycle of striving my way toburnout and defeat.
Something I deeply believe in isthat every person has a purpose
.
It's our journey in this lifeto discover and live out that
(14:50):
purpose with passion.
And while it sounds at asurface level that I found mine
through career, I want to tellyou there is this huge
misconception that purpose seemsto be to do with the roles that
we play out in our life, andit's simply not the case.
In today's fast-paced world,there's this disconnection from
self, a continuous pursuit ofexternal stimuli leading us away
from our inner world, and atsome point I'd miss the chaos.
(15:12):
I'm pretty sure all of us havefelt like something is missing.
This, I believe, is where us,as society, seem to have got
this thing about purpose orwrong.
Purpose isn't found in theexternal milestones or
achievement that we've beenchasing to feel enough.
It's internal.
It's defying fears, embracingyour true self and discovering
what truly excites you.
That uncovers your purpose.
(15:32):
So, rather than setting a NewYear's resolution to change
yourself this year, make yourresolution to be yourself.
If every individual could takepersonal responsibility to
become more conscious andintentional with how they want
to live and lead their life, theworld would be a better place.
Conscious humans inspire otherson their journey to become
alive and live in a better way.
(15:53):
Your purpose is to live andexpress your most conscious and
intentional life in a way thatis authentic for you.
Finding our passion generatestremendous energy within the
body.
Yet maintaining momentumrequires consistent decisions
that resonate with thispassionate state, and that
involves first getting clear onwhat you value in life.
The challenge with passion issociety emphasizes finding that
(16:15):
one career or thing that defineswhat passion is, but that
approach needs to shift.
Passion isn't external.
It's an internal energy thatdrives excitement and enthusiasm
in what you do, and it's thefirst key to positive
manifesting.
I think passion is purelyenergy.
It's an exhilaration and a zestthat you experience when you
engage in something that awakensyour spirit.
(16:35):
So reflect on the moments whereyou felt incredibly passionate.
What was happening in thatmoment?
See, passion isn't somethingthat's acquired.
It's who you become in thosemoments.
For instance, I feel deeplyenergized when I engage in
creative projects, or I'moutside in nature with people
who I love, or I'm publicspeaking, or I'm facilitating
(16:56):
group fitness and coaching, being inspired by new learning.
All of these moments illustratethat passion is an internal
energy, not an external pursuit.
I'm not passionate aboutachieving a relationship or
being in a relationship orbecause my partner is my passion
.
I'm passionate in my specificrelationship due to the energy
and inspiration I feel whenwe're together.
I'm passionate because we sharethe same values around love and
(17:17):
life and travel and theenvironment, personal agency and
manifestation.
I could leave that relationshipand still be able to love and
feel loved, still travel, stillcare for the environment and so
forth.
Understanding this helps meknow that my happiness isn't
dependent on others.
It's intrinsic.
Now I also feel the energy ofpassion standing true to things
that I'm passionately against.
(17:37):
So, as an example of this, I sawa post the other day on social
media from a very influentialpodcaster who I deeply admire,
and it read your boundariesaren't making you lose friends
or family members.
Your boundaries are making youlose gaslighters, emotional
abusers and needy and greedymanipulators.
Now I do appreciate thatdifferent perceptions will read
the post differently.
My partner had even read it ina positive and empowering light.
(17:59):
However, for me personally, Istrongly value personal
responsibility and life and I ampassionate about playing a part
in raising a level ofconsciousness in humanity to see
beyond the segregation thatsociety imposes on us.
I also believe verypassionately that hurt people
hurt people and healed peopleheal people.
I got so passionate that I tookthe time to personally contact
(18:19):
this person because I wasshocked that someone with such
an influential status would postsomething that, in my eyes,
feeds separation in society.
I believe we all grow, matureand awaken at different levels
and need different lessons atdifferent stages of life to
facilitate that growth, and it'sessential.
Just because we outgrow someonedoesn't make them a bad person.
They just no longer aligned, your values changed and if you
(18:40):
become aware of that and onabout, you walk away and you
continue to grow.
But the whole personaldevelopment space right now
seems to be placing so much egointo what we label awakening and
I think posts like thisdiscredit any personal awareness
.
It can facilitate that victimmindset rather than improving
collective consciousness thatpromotes oneness and unity and
acceptance for all.
(19:01):
That doesn't mean that youaccept hurtful behavior within
your life.
It means that you accept thatthey too are a human navigating
this experience and very likelytheir negative behavior If that
is an element of why you'rewalking away from a relationship
is just a projection of thatindividual's pain.
No, it's not okay for them toproject that pain onto others,
and that's where personalresponsibility calls for
(19:22):
individuals to remove themselvesfrom harmful, misaligned or
disempowering situations.
But it doesn't give us theright to judge your shame and
other person's journey.
Has anyone ever felt inspiredto be kind or be better after a
personal attack on theircharacter?
No, what happens is conflictfeeds in a conflict that further
creates pain that projects insociety.
Every person, at the deepestlevel, is driven by a desire for
(19:44):
love and acceptance.
Some people have just beenconditioned to seek that in
disempowering ways, and that istheir journey, not ours to judge
.
I'm also deeply passionate aboutstanding up against plastic use
.
I take a keep cup everywhere Igo and if, for any reason, I
don't have it, I won't get acoffee.
When I travel to countries likeIndonesia, I try to lead by
example.
I take my own smoothie cup forjuices and I refuse to take
(20:05):
plastic bags for food orshopping.
And if we go somewhere likeSeminyak, where the beach is
heavily polluted while mypartner does his morning run,
I'll instead pick up the firstplastic bag I see and start to
walk along the beach and collectrubbish.
A purpose isn't confined to aspecific job or role.
It's about aligning life to ourunique values and being guided
by the energy that fills us withpassion to be able to pursue
those values.
(20:25):
It defines who we are and thestandards that we set for
ourselves and our lives.
It shapes our identity and ourpersonality, ultimately shapes
our personal reality.
Now, when we're passionateabout something we share an
opinion or act in a way thatinspires another, for example,
picking up rubbish along thebeaches in Bali.
Whilst it's not my intention tobe seen or acknowledged for the
action, someone may have seenthat action and been inspired to
(20:48):
take action for theirenvironment too, even if it
seems uncool or like they'll bejudged.
Passion isn't outside.
It resides within us.
And when we start to live ourauthentic expression, a life
aligned with our unique values, then there is no right or wrong,
only your own truth.
And when we live by this, thenatural evolution is giving
others permission to explore andexpress what's true for them
(21:08):
too, and to highlight howauthentic expression is the
catalyst for positivemanifestation.
I'll share with you a scenariothat recently played out in my
own life.
Over the Christmas window, mypartner and I had a big fight,
to the extent that we neededsome time apart.
It gave me some time forreflection and introspection
about what I want and needwithin our intimate relationship
.
Now, introspection illuminatedparticular trauma patterns that
(21:31):
I hadn't yet worked through,recognizing that I have a
tendency to abandon myself andmy own needs just to keep the
peace, to create a perception ofsafety and love and acceptance.
But the energy that came fromthe pain of recognizing what I
won't stand for anymore allowedme to express what felt true for
me to no longer abandon myself,to keep the peace and to bring
my voice to my hurts and myneeds and my truth.
(21:52):
The passion is what alsoallowed me to not only honor
myself but to hold space for mypartner too, and the outcome it
allowed my partner and I tobecome more connected than ever.
It drove deeper love andrespect for one another For him
to be able to be open to myfeedback on communication and
validation without taking it asan attack on his character, and
to choose to be a safe space forme to share and be vulnerable,
(22:14):
and for me to live completelyuncensored and feel safe to
share how I feel, unlockinganother layer to what I had
already thought was the mostincredible relationship.
Remember, life unfolding is onlyconcerned with the content of
your intention.
What you resist persists.
So censoring yourself in anyway to fit in or feel accepted
or feel loved or avoid conflictand pain will always reflect
(22:35):
back to you the very thingyou're avoiding in some way.
As kids, we're naturallyconnected to passion and purpose
, but as we grow, societal normsand experiences seem to erode
this innate connection.
Society steers us to thispredefined path, impacting
beliefs about our own passionand greatness.
The narrative changes, no,becomes more frequent,
criticisms affect our selfperception and societal
(22:55):
standards start to shape ourdecisions, which often leaves to
this sensation of emptiness ordrive self-sabotage, despite
meeting external milestones.
So what do I believe is thebiggest handbrake for conscious
creation?
To start or commit to a bigdream or maintain practices that
they know will be beneficialfor them and their future?
I believe much of it tracesback to this sense of
unworthiness ingrained in usduring childhood.
(23:17):
Initially, as infants wereenveloped in unconditional love,
but then, as we start to testboundaries, this love appears to
become more conditional Now,during the formative years.
Roughly the first sevenchildren interpret the world
based on how the world makesthem feel, unable to grasp its
complexities.
So witnessing parents' conflictor a divorce, or being raised
by a single parent who is alwayshaving to work, might translate
(23:40):
for that child into feelings ofabandonment, rather than
understanding the nuances ofadult life.
Now this early belief system, often sent around feelings of
unworthiness and abandonment orlack of love, tends to persist
and solidify through lifeexperiences.
Moments like being laughed atduring a speech, or heartbreaks
in relationships or professionalsetbacks all seem to validate
(24:00):
and reinforce this initialbelief of not being good enough
or lovable.
As we mature and age to stepinto new endeavors, like maybe
starting a business, thisunderlying fear rooted in the
subconscious arises.
It's a protective mechanismcautioning us, based on past
experiences of ridicule ordisappointment, as we inherently
seek love and acceptance.
Now, this fear of not beingliked or letting people down
(24:22):
holds us back from fullyembracing new opportunities,
which is wild if you considerthat Newtonian reality that I
spoke to earlier.
We're waiting for theopportunity to help us feel a
certain way, yet we're fearfulof seizing the opportunities as
they arise or we self-sabotage,procrastinate and get in our own
way for seeing that opportunitythrough to its success.
Now, this is especiallyheightened with the influence of
(24:43):
social media.
The constant exposure to others'experiences and achievements
can make us feel inadequate, like we should be further along
or achieving more, increasingthese perceived expectations,
the self-doubt and this constantdesire to mirror another
person's standards, and it'slike we have this overwhelming
buffet of choices, making itdifficult to focus on what truly
matters for us.
I even saw this myself infields like business coaching.
(25:06):
There's often a push towardspredefined success metrics that
might not align with everyperson's goals, creating this
treadmill effect where we'rechasing goals without pausing to
consider if they truly resonatewith our own desires and values
in life.
The pressure to always seekmore, whether it's more
financial gains, lifestyleimprovements or personal
accomplishments, draws ourattention away from the present
(25:28):
moment.
It becomes a cycle ofcontinuously planning for the
future and missing out on themoments where we can appreciate
the richness that we alreadyhave within our life and embody
a resonance that attracts theease and flow of the pursuit.
Finding alignment amidst thesedistractions requires us to take
a deliberate pause.
It's about reflecting on whattruly holds significance to us
(25:48):
personally.
The journey is about crafting alife that feels fulfilling and
authentic to you, even if itdoesn't match the benchmarks set
by others.
And guess what?
You may end up outgrowing andmaybe even leaving behind those
who have played a significantrole in your life.
As you follow your dreams andallow yourself to live free, and
if you genuinely seek yourhighest potential and are
willing to chase that long-helddream, prepare to face
(26:10):
opposition.
Moving forward in life involvesupsetting some, living beyond
their opinions or embracingchange that others might fear
attempting.
Their discomfort doesn't haveto influence your path.
Embrace the difficulty ofupsetting those people who you
care about, because those trulymeant to stand by you will and
believe that you are worth thatsupport.
So, before diving into this newyear and chasing your goals, I
(26:32):
want you to reflect on the firsthalf of this episode.
We don't want to run afterthings.
That's exhausting.
We want to be in a state ofbeing that attracts all that we
desire.
Seeking a path of alignment andauthentic expression are
ingredients for flow and peaceof mind and ultimate happiness.
But if you want to successfullyzone into particular desires
for creation, then there arefour key elements of
(26:53):
manifestation that I believe arethe game changes for a
transformative life.
The first is this concept ofobservation.
If you have been in my programsor followed my content for a
while, you will notice that onecommon theme I consistently fall
back on is my answer for howpeople can take control of their
life, for how they can overcomeself-sabotage and get
themselves off autopilot andbecome a conscious creator for
their life.
That singular answer alwayscomes back to becoming the
(27:16):
observer.
Without trying to fix anything, awareness proceeds change, and
so what do I mean by observation?
Many people go about theirlives on autopilot, not
realizing that their thoughtsand emotions are actively
shaping the very existencethey're living.
Mastering the art of becomingthe observer involves becoming
conscious of our thoughts, actions and the subtle nuances
(27:37):
of our surrounds what people, circumstances, topics and
surroundings leave you feelingexpansive and energized and
inspired, and which cause you tocontract or self-doubt or evoke
lower state emotions.
Unseen behavior slips pastconsciousness, influenced
instead by our surrounds.
However, when we observe ourthoughts, our emotions, our
(27:58):
feelings and the subsequentphysical response, things start
to change.
If you're familiar with one ofthe most common queries in
quantum physics, you may havealready heard of the observer
effect, although an incrediblyconfusing concept to get your
head around when you'relistening to some science guy,
try and shed light on thephenomenon.
It is in fact, a profound forcethat governs our life.
This single quantum lawoperates in the background,
(28:19):
shaping the very fabric of ourreality, and plays a significant
role in the patterns that wefind ourselves intertwined with.
To put it simply, this quantumlaw suggests that the act of
observing changes the nature ofwhat's being observed.
Quantum physicists have takenphysical matter and then they
observe it under stronger andstronger microscopes and as they
go, smaller and smaller andsmaller.
They can see atoms, thenprotons, then neutrons, then
(28:41):
quarks, then electrons andeventually just waves.
In other words, physical matterarises from non-physical wave
energy.
Now most of us learnt in schoolthat an atom is a nucleus with
electrons orbiting around it.
Well, that Newtonian model canbe disproved by the quantum
model that shows us thatelectrons exist in an invisible
cloud of energy around thenucleus.
(29:02):
It's not actually a materialform that's orbiting.
Now, the observer effect showsthat when an observer focuses
attention on any location ofthat energy cloud, the electron
will appear.
If there is no observer, theelectron returns to being
non-physical energy that'sspread across the whole energy
cloud.
The conclusion is thatobservation causes wave energy
(29:23):
to condense and become matter.
So could this prove that ourfocus thought can actually alter
the material world, giving thatelectrons are the smallest
entity of everything in thismaterial world, including
ourselves?
Research from Neurosciencetells us that focus thought
changes what we see within ourown reality.
But could we really have thepower to alter their reality?
(29:43):
Think about a time where maybeyou might have phoned in sick
for work and you've put on thevoice and played the whole
charade and you actually endedup coming down with something
after that.
Or maybe you had lingering backpain.
But when someone pops overunexpectedly for a coffee, you
lose track of time and that backpain seems to disappear
unnoticed.
So what are you putting yourattention on?
What are you materializing intoreality?
(30:04):
I've said it before and I'llshare it again, because
understanding the brain is whatempowered me to end painful
cycles within my own life, getout of my own way and
consciously choose to live alife of my own terms.
Our brains process a whopping400 billion bits of information
per second from thephysiological and biochemical
processes that is keeping yourincredible body alive and
repairing and renewing withinevery second, to the thoughts
(30:28):
and memories that pull you backfrom past moments or
anticipation of the future, tothe sound of the clock ticking
on the wall, the feeling of yourshoes in the feet or the warmth
of the phone in your hand.
400 billion bits of informationper second.
Now think about your ownpersonal capacity for a moment
and ask yourself in a singlesecond, how many things can you
consciously holding yourattention at once?
(30:48):
My guess is a hell of a lotless than 400 billion, right?
The rest is flying under theradar, processed by the brain's
automatic functions.
So how does the brain determinewhat to bring into your
conscious attention and what todelete from view?
Your attention, whatever youchoose to energize, whether
conscious or unconscious, iswhat's guiding your brain.
So learning to direct yourattention is the most powerful
(31:11):
thing that you can do as aco-creator of your reality.
Because, as you've learned fromthese quantum physics, where
focus goes, energy flows andresults show, to understand how
attention actually dictates theversion of reality that
manifests, you need tounderstand how energy flows.
Now remember back to episodeone.
I explained that life is justenergy and intention.
Every time you feel stuck inlife, like you're working
(31:33):
towards something that justdoesn't happen, or similar
situations keep coming up, thesame relationships you attract.
It's important to understandwhere the energy is getting
stagnant, because when energycan't flow which is what needs
to happen with energy and itbecomes stagnant is when we
become stagnant.
We experience the samecircumstances on repeat.
So what directs the flow ofenergy?
(31:55):
Our focus and attentiondetermine where energy flows.
What most people don't know isthat the nature of our attention
is made up of two main typespolar and non-polar attention.
Like a battery, polar attentionhas the power to attract and
repel reality.
So any problem, when turned onits side, becomes a solution two
different sides to the samecoin.
(32:15):
Polar attention attractssomething while repelling
something else.
You can't have a room that'sdark and light at the same time.
Your choice determines whetheryou turn the light on or off.
You can't be angry and at peaceat the same time.
Your attention draws to anger, you repel peace and vice versa.
So that is polar attention.
Then there's also thisnon-polar attention, which is
(32:37):
completely neutral and has thepower to dissolve aspects of
reality.
So non-polar is choosing not toflip the coin.
In fact, it's not even noticingthat there's a coin there at
all.
So no energy is directed topositive or negative.
Now it's often touted thatthoughts create our reality.
However, thoughts in and ofthemselves are empty vessels.
They simply vie for yourattention.
(32:57):
You hold the power to energizethem by saying yes or dismiss
them with a no thank you.
Thoughts direct the flow ofyour energy and your state
reflects the resonance that youalign your life to in that
moment.
Now, life doesn't care aboutthe true nature of our attention
.
It cares about the content.
So whether positive or negativeis irrelevant in manifestation.
The fact that it's holding yourattention and energizing it is
(33:19):
what matters, and this is thecrux of the metaphor for us.
We have been conditionedthroughout our lives to operate
in fear and survival, becausethat's what's been our
evolutionary biology.
We've evolved to survive, firstand foremost and what is most
important and powerful way tosurvive Eliminating and avoiding
any threat to our survival.
So we've been conditioned to behyper vigilant of the things
(33:39):
that we want to try and avoid.
We live in this mode ofprotection avoiding conflict,
avoiding risk.
Many of us have been shapedthis way and because of this
conditioning, we continue toexperience more and more of what
worries us.
So think about what you see onthe news or on social media and
why there is more spread of fearthroughout the world than
anything else.
This is how other influencescan manipulate and influence us.
(34:01):
There are so many proud peopleout there willing to go to war
to protect something that theylove and are very proud of it,
and while this is admirable, itoften makes them blind to see
what's really going on.
Because it's very easy to makesomeone carry out a desired
action when they're angry.
It's just as easy to makesomeone carry out specific
actions when they're afraid.
So fear, anger and pride arethe states in which society
(34:23):
keeps us trapped, keeping ourattention focused on what makes
us act in ways that we don'twant to Consider that thoughts
are the language of the brainand feelings are the language of
the body.
So what you think and what youfeel creates your state of being
.
When you have a thought or amemory, a biochemical reaction
happens within the brain, causing it to release chemical
signals throughout the body.
These chemicals make your bodyfeel the exact same way that
(34:44):
you're thinking.
So once you notice that you'refeeling a particular way, you
generate more thoughts equal tohow you're feeling, and then you
release more chemicals fromyour brain to make you feel the
way you've been thinking.
So I know that sounds like abit of a riddle, but here's an
example.
If you think an anxious thought, then you start to feel the fear
.
The moment you feel the fear, that emotion influence you to
(35:04):
start thinking more fearfulthoughts.
Those thoughts trigger therelease of even more chemicals
in the brain and the body startsto make you continue to feel
fear.
So you get caught in this loopwhere your thinking creates
feeling and your feeling createsthinking.
So think about the power ofthoughts for a moment.
Your mind starts anticipating afuture event that hasn't yet
and may not even happen, andyour body responds the heart
(35:25):
rate picks up, you feel clammy, you might feel lightheaded, pale
or even flushed.
Your body is responding to athreat that doesn't exist
because the mind has instructedit to.
In other words, you haveconditioned your body into a
state of fear, and when being infear, you're basically living
in survival.
When your brain is aroused andliving in survival mode, you
generally keep shifting yourattention to things in the
(35:45):
external world, like textmessages, facebook, insta, your
job, your husband, your TV, thenews.
The app of narrowing your focusand shifting your attention
starts to compartmentalize yourbrain Effectively.
You're training your brain tobecome a victim to the world
around it.
Most people resist their pasttraumas and fears by
unconsciously giving themnegative attention.
So think about how this happens.
(36:07):
Whenever something unpleasanthappens from the past, we try to
run away from it because thefeelings are so intense and we
don't know how to deal with them.
When we run away, we'reactually resisting it, and what
we resist persists.
We spend our whole livesresisting all the things that
have happened in our past thatwe don't like and we start
living from a place of trauma.
Not only does this easematerialize in the body,
(36:28):
illustrated with anxiety, but,as a result of polar attention,
situations that confirm thistrauma keep reflecting back,
repeating patterns and cyclesthroughout your life.
For most people, they continueto experience the same
relationships over and overagain because they're holding on
to past traumas.
Unconsciously, their attentionis so focused on avoiding the
type of relationships they'vehad before, which is why they
(36:49):
continue to attract the sametype of relationship again and
again.
Awareness is crucial beforeinitiating any change, because
when we're entrenched withstress, change becomes
challenging because our view ofreality starts to become limited
.
We're reacting rather thanresponding, and reacting implies
that we are reacting pastpractice behaviors, while
responding reflects our abilityto consciously respond in a
(37:10):
considered way.
So what's the alternative?
Polar attention being our coin,we can choose heads or tails to
give an experience, ourpositive or negative attention.
But, like the observer effectwith quantum mechanics, when we
choose not to give our attentionat all, that non-polar
attention, the potentialdissolves Without our attention.
It simply enters our lives andpasses and has no power over us.
(37:33):
So why did I go into so muchdepth on this topic?
Because there are three mainsteps to using this awareness,
and if you follow it, all theenergy that you devote to the
negative attention in your lifewill start to dissipate, leaving
you more energy to feed thepositive version of reality that
you want to create.
So the first step is acceptanceControl what you can and let go
of what you can't.
The only thing that you canchange in any situation is your
(37:56):
response, your perception andhow you choose to let it affect
you.
You can't change in others'opinions or behaviors.
You can't change the past.
The only thing that is in yourpower to change is your state of
being, and then you start tochoose what you would like to do
in the next moment.
Now the second step is tovisualize how this setback or
unfavorable event couldpotentially be a blessing in
disguise.
Any event that happens is aneutral event.
(38:19):
It's only when we attachemotion that it becomes polar,
and then we start to pick a sideof the coin positive or
negative.
So we notice that there'sheightened emotion in a
situation.
Instead of looking at it as bad, we can look at it as how can
this be potential to be anadvantage?
How is this serving me?
What is there that I can learnfrom it or appreciate from it?
And if you're in a state wherethe wound is fresh and something
(38:41):
bad has only just happened, please don't expect yourself to
look for a blessing in disguisejust yet.
Just reach a point ofacceptance and understand that,
yes, it really has happened andcannot be changed.
But when you reach a moreneutral state, you can then
start to think about how thiscould have been potentially
positive.
We've closed the hindsight gap.
Now the final step is tocontinually redirect our
(39:02):
attention to what is desired.
If you feel bad about yourselftoday, allow yourself to accept
that you're feeling bad, honoryour experience is valid.
But then, once you're in astate of equanimity, focus on
what you desire instead.
If you try to hide, repress orsuppress what you're feeling.
It will follow you throughoutthe day and acceptance and
gratitude is going to be thefinal piece.
(39:23):
That wraps this episode up witha bow is what I've actually
recently come to believe keepsthe magic flowing in my world.
I left my partner on a cliffhanger when I had this mind
blowing revelation the other day.
I made in way until thisepisode was live for me to
explain it.
So here goes.
I met my partner back in early2013.
And in 11 years of friendshipand intimate relationship, we
(39:44):
have never ceased to be amazedat how serendipitous life plays
out when we're together, to theextent that when we say,
something immaterializes.
We have a feeling the verything unfolds.
We even pick up on each other'sthoughts, even when there's a
country between us.
We, for years, have lived in astate of awe of how effortless
our life has come together, andI've realized only recently is
(40:04):
because we're constantly bathingin a soup of elevated emotions,
constant gratitude andappreciation for one another and
, in turn, for ourselves.
An elevated emotion is avibrational frequency from your
heart.
Now, your heart is the centerconnection to all things and
bridges the gap to the quantumfield, the quantum reality being
the contrast to that Newtonianview of reality I earlier spoke
(40:25):
about, the moment you're feelinglack, desiring something you
don't have, you tend to tryharder and force control to try
and predict or manipulate theouter world, doing everything
you can because you'reexperiencing separation or
polarity from what you want.
But, in contrast, a heartcentered emotion like gratitude
lacks polarity.
Gratitude is the ultimate stateof receivership.
(40:45):
If your body is in a state ofgiving gratitude, your body, as
an unconscious mind, begins tobelieve it's already done.
Now, like most medical andhealth professionals, I was
taught that your brain is themaster control center and all
organs are responding tomessages from this center.
Interestingly, research nowshows us that there is more
communication going from theheart to the brain than any
other direction.
The heart is a highly complexinformation processing centre
(41:08):
with its own functional brainthat communicates with and
influences the cranial brain viathe nervous system, hormonal
systems and other pathways.
Now, due to the heart brain, the heart can think, remember
and learn independent of thebrain.
Now, I studied a few years backwith the Heart Math Institute
and I never actually realiseduntil now how that very research
could potentially be used toexplain manifestation, until now
(41:31):
, about eight years ago, Istarted looking into the works
of leaders in the fields ofcellular biology and quantum
healing, including Bruce Lipton, greg Braden, deepak Chopra,
professor Henry Benson and DrJoe Dispenza, which started my
deep fascination with the realmsof metaphysics and quantum
biology.
Dr Joe Dispenza's workeventually led me to the study
(41:52):
of the Heart Math Institute andeventually veered me away from
schools of thought that I, likemost other health professionals,
were taught about disease, depression and pathophysiology
using tools of exercise, nutrition supplements and
medication, instead ofrecognising that we ourselves
are the medicine.
Over the past several decades, there has been a growing
database of scientific studiesusing brainwave EEGs, blood
(42:14):
tests for stress, hormone andgenetic biomarkers, heart rate
variability and the positiveeffect that getting into heart
and brain coherence can have onhuman health and happiness.
And this is what we know to betrue.
When researchers put electrodesacross the chest or the brain
to measure brainwaves or theelectrocardiogram, what is being
measured is current flow.
So when the heart beats, itgenerates electricity, and
(42:37):
that's why it's called anelectrocardiogram.
Now, in basic physics, when wehave a flow of electrical
current, you create a magneticfield.
This is physics 101 and that'swhy it's called electromagnetism
.
So take a mobile phone for anexample how does the signal from
my phone, my voice or the textmessage that I'm sending get
from my phone to the phone tower, to another phone?
(42:59):
It's not magic.
We're using electromagneticfields to carry the information.
It's the magnetic componentthat carries the information
through things.
So I can be sitting insideright now and my phone still
works.
So the magnetic field producedby the beating heart and our
brain broadcasts our into theenvironment around us.
In fact, the magnetic fieldproduced by the heart is more
(43:20):
than 100 times greater than thestrength of the field generated
by the brain, and it can bemeasured in all directions, up
to 91 centimetres or three feetaway from the body.
And what researchers showed asfar back as the 90s is that you
can tell a person's emotionalstate by the information being
carried on their heart'smagnetic field.
This is why you can feelsomeone's energy when they walk
into a room.
(43:40):
They have actually been able tomeasure the physiological
systems responding to the fieldsof another person's heart.
So if we're in a coherent state, that actually helps others
that might be having a bad dayfind their balance.
On the other hand, if we walkinto a room and we're all pissed
off and negative, we'reradiating that information into
the fields, which then can havea downer effect on others.
So, again relating torelationship, what information
(44:03):
are you sending out into theworld?
Because even if you don't useyour words to offend someone,
your magnetic field may beresponsible for the energy that
someone else is, in return, projecting back to you.
Research even shows that youcan put barriers between people
and still see synchronizationgoing on between their heart.
But this is the part aboutmagnetism that I've been excited
to share with you.
(44:24):
Earth also has its magneticfield, the geomagnetic field,
and this is where, if you've gota compass, the magnet will line
up with.
We have these magnetic fieldlines from the north and the
south pole going around Earthand out into space for thousands
of miles.
When the solar wind comes by ata million miles an hour, the
Earth is turning and the fieldlines start to get plucked and
vibrating, quite literally likeguitar strings.
(44:45):
And one of the primary resonantfrequencies produced by these
field lines vibrating andresonating, is 0.1 hertz, which
is the same frequency as thehuman heart rhythm when it's in
a coherent state.
Now, what that's demonstratingis a principle called resonant
coupling, that you can coupleand transfer energy and
information between twovibrating systems that oscillate
(45:06):
at the same frequency.
So our hearts are vibrating atthe same frequency as Earth's
magnetic field.
So if we're coupled to the bigfield, then that information is
distributed globally, and anumber of experiments are now
showing that all of thatinformation is in the global
field.
And how we attune to theinformation that's relevant for
us is through our attention onthe people and things that we
(45:27):
care about.
So think of it this way you'reprobably listening to me on a
mobile phone right now.
How many of these magneticwaves are vibrating from all
mobile phones that are beingused around you in your
neighborhood?
The radio stations, tv stations, phone calls, etc.
All of these magnetic waves arevibrating in space around us.
Now, if you use your phone, howdoes it get the specific
(45:49):
information that you're after toyou?
Well, you have to have anintention for your desire.
You dial a specific number ortap into the frequency that
matches, and as soon as you dothat blah, you couple the energy
and the information from all ofthe fields into your phone and
you're having a conversation.
We do this when we turn on theTV, or the radio is happening
right now as you listen to thispodcast.
(46:10):
So you choose the frequency andyou tap into the information
through magnetic resonance.
So, in terms of manifestation, what we do to tune into the
Earth's field is bring heart andbrain into coherence by
bringing the thoughts of whatand who we care about into our
heart space with feelings oflove and acceptance.
This is what research tells us.
To achieve heart-braincoherence and bring our hearts
(46:31):
into the magnetic frequency tomatch that of the Earth's
magnetic core, we need to bringto our mind what we're
passionate about and then drawthe feeling of love, gratitude
and acceptance into the heartspace.
Then, using breath, we canstart to feel the heart expand
on inhalation, so we can startto then imagine those heartfelt
emotions expanding with thebreath.
(46:53):
Naturally, your breath willslow when you start to fall into
this state and with practice wewant to bring it to about a
count of 10 seconds.
So five seconds inhalation, five seconds exhalation, with no
pause.
Growing research continues toshow us that communication
between heart and brain createsthe coherent state of being that
improves health, resilience, performance and connection to
(47:14):
the quantum field.
I truly believe that my life ismagic because over time the
highs and lows taught me to stopchasing and start being.
My surrender to accepting allparts of myself and my life
story creates a resonance oflove and acceptance, inviting a
shared partnership for whichshared appreciation allows my
state of being to become one ofpure receivership.
Manifestation is just a stateof being.
(47:36):
It really is that simple.
You don't need to go out andstart a meditation practice for
an hour a day or journal orstart your day with some complex
wellness routine.
But if you have the time, I dorecommend all of the above.
But it is about coming back toconsciousness, moment to moment,
being the observer within yourlife, identifying what lights
you up and what leaves youfeeling depleted or contracted.
(47:57):
With that awareness, you willstart to become clear on your
values.
And when you begin living inalignment with your values, you
begin creating an identity thataligns with passion and purpose.
You naturally begin to raiseyour vibration when you feel
fear or anger.
Acknowledge the experience.
This isn't about discreditingemotion.
They all hold validity and helpus grow into higher states of
(48:17):
consciousness.
Express that emotion, knowingthat what you resist persists,
but don't live in that state.
Living authentically gives youpermission to be vulnerable.
So heal and feel and thenaccept, find equanimity and come
back to the positive side ofpolarity.
Don't wish for an effortlesslife because growth doesn't
accompany it.
Strength, resilience, learningand development stem from facing
(48:40):
challenges boldly and assumingresponsibility for moving
forward in alignment with yourvision.
Pay attention to your attention.
The universe doesn't speak thelanguage of words.
Thoughts and words often proveunreliable as they rarely align
with your true inner state Toeffectively communicate your
desires to the universe.
Understand the language ofenergy.
Everything around you andwithin you is vibrating at a
(49:01):
different rate or frequency.
The frequency of vibration youare at in every second
determines what you resonate orsync with out in your
environment and your life.
It's not merely about chanting.
I want to be abundant, becauseat that point you are resonating
at a level of lack of scarcity,of non-having.
Instead, you want to bringattention to all of the areas of
(49:21):
your life where you're alreadyabundant.
Maybe you feel abundant whenyou drive your car that you own
outright, or maybe the momentthat you finally pay off the
credit card or you buy yourfirst house.
Maybe you feel abundance oflove when you come home to your
family or dog, or you'regrateful for the abundance of
energy that you have within yourday or the abundance of freedom
that you have in your weekends, when you can pay gratitude to
(49:42):
the areas of life where youalready feel abundant.
That feeling becomes yourresonance and you become a match
for the things in the outerworld that reflect that same
resonance.
The universe isn't listening toyour thoughts.
It reads your vibrationalreactions.
So any reaction you have isseen as a yes.
Please give me more of that.
So bring your thoughts to whatfeels good for you, with
electric thoughts and magneticfeelings.
(50:03):
Use the mind and the heart tofeel as though you already
possess what you're aiming toattract.
Every potential reality existsin the quantum field, including
the one that you seek.
If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand.
By immersing yourself in thepresent moment and embodying the
feeling of gratitude, you beginto synchronize our vibrational
frequency with the universe'screative force.
(50:24):
Don't be scared to dream.
Everything in life is borntwice.
Just like building a house, thevision comes before the actual
building.
Detailed plans are drawn up,ensuring every aspect aligns
with the desired outcome, beforethe construction even begins.
This process applies to everyfacet of life, not just material
projects.
Before a journey, there's adestination in mind.
(50:44):
A plan often proceeds boardinga plane or setting off in the
car.
A speech is written before it'sdelivered and clothes are
designed before they're made.
This concept, beginning with aclear vision, is integral to
your creation.
Understanding the principle oftwo creations is essential for
teaching the body to be definedby a vision of the future rather
than confined by a memory ofthe past.
(51:04):
Use the manifestation machinerythat houses your consciousness.
Get visual in the mind so itbecomes palpable in the body.
Embody your future self, because it's the same person.
They're just showing updifferently.
So, to wrap up this sessiontoday, consider this where in
your life will you commit toturning up the notch right now?
It could be discovering joy orabundance, or resilience, or
(51:26):
laughter, or playfulness, orforgiveness or self-love, or
taking responsibility for yourhealth and your results.
No circumstance, person, orplace, can dull your light or
deplete your positive energyunless you allow it.
It comes to personalresponsibility.
You control the frequency atwhich you operate, so always
choose love or above.
And finally, to achieveheart-brain coherence, we need
(51:47):
to be intentional.
We come back to the breath.
So, while you're feeling aliveand inspired right now, while
we're on this journey together, let's finish in a beautiful,
magnetic state together.
If it's safe to do so.
Close your eyes for a moment.
unless, you're driving in thecar.
In which case, please just comeback to this later.
Become aware of your breath.
Don't try to change it just yet.
Just observe.
(52:07):
Follow the breath as the heartopens and your chest expands.
Continue with the breath andsee if you can draw long enough
for the belly to expand as thebody softens from resistance.
Bring your attention back tothe sensation of your chest
expanding and connect with yourheart.
How does it feel, knowingeverything that you want is
(52:28):
available in the quantum field, that you're connected to?
Ask yourself in this moment.
What do I truly desire?
Now?
Bring your attention to yourheart with that image still in
your mind With your next breath, feel the gratitude feeling,
that expansive heart space, every inhalation embodying
gratitude for the image in yourmind, knowing that exists
(52:50):
because you can already see it.
Stay here and bask in thisfeeling for as long as you need
and come back to it as often asyou can.
I hope you enjoyed this episode.
I know it was a lot ofinformation to digest.
