Prior to founding Social Agent, Jammal established herself as a pioneering force in social media strategy as the founder & CEO of Social Intelligence Agency (SIA), one of the industry's first dedicated social media agencies. Under her leadership, SIA currently spearheads digital strategies for global companies and media giants, including Condé Nast, Disney Channel, the Recording Academy, the Television Academy and COSM. She has also been at the forefront of live social media production, crafting dynamic audience experiences for major events like The GRAMMY Awards and The Emmy Awards.
Jammal’s innovative approach to social media began in 2011 with The Tweet Squad across the US, one of the first agencies to offer real-time, event-driven social media services. In 2014, she evolved the company into SIA, assembling a team of top social media experts to push the boundaries of creativity and engagement.
