Is pressure pushing down on you? Maybe it's work. Maybe it's a relationship. Maybe it what is going on in the world. Pressure over time leads to bringing buildings down, splitting families, putting people on the street, mental and physical health issues... and so much in between.
If you are feeling pressure, in this episode we discuss some practical ways to de-pressurize yourself, and weave in the song "Under Pressure" from Queen and David Bowie that also give us an answer for getting out of the pressure.
So instead of screaming "let me out," what if you give love a chance, experiment with de-pressurizing practices, and dare to care and love others and yourself? You just might watch the pressure decrease and get that peaceful easy feeling back in your life.
