パナソニック、旧松下電器の創業者、松下幸之助さんは、経営には「王道」「覇道」「邪道」の３つの道があると説いていました。「宇宙根源の法則に則った経営こそ王道」と。同じく「経営の神様」と言われる京セラの創業者の稲盛和夫氏も、自らの著書の中で同じことを説いています。２人が共通して大切にしていたことをご紹介し、皆様と一緒に考えたいと思います。
