先日、Yahoo！Japanニュースでコロナ後の今でもマスクを外せない若者の話が出ていました。新型コロナウイルスが広がり、マスク義務化が宣言されてから５年、日本では慣れた若者からは「なかなか外せない」という声が聞かれます。それとは別に日本ではマスクはエチケットとして考えられているところも大きいと思います。
一方アメリカでは、もう今現在ではマスクをしている人を病気の人、という観念で見ている方が多く、マスクがエチケットとして考えるには程遠いイメージです。
このように、国や地域が違うと、人々の考え方が違うことを念頭に置いてビジネスを展開することが非常に大切だと思います。
ビジネスをするにあたって、セールスのことを考えることも大切ですが、マーケティングを考えることが最も大切だと思うと加奈子さんが説明しています。
