Speaker 1 (00:00):
Did you know that spending just 15 minutes a day
in solitude can reduce stresslevels by up to 60%?
Or consider this one yeah, someof history's greatest minds,
like you know, nikola Tesla andAlbert Einstein credited their
breakthroughs to time spentalone.

(00:23):
Here is a question for you whatif loneliness wasn't something
to fear but a gift waiting to beunwrapped?
So today we're going to explorethe surprising benefits of
solitude and how you can embraceit in a way to lead to profound

(00:45):
personal growth.
Hi guys, my name is Fabio fromJourney to Success, and welcome.
Loneliness.
It's a word that often comeswith negative emotions.
We know that Society, especially, tells us that being
alone means we are missing outthat.
How can I say that?
It's a problem to fix, you know, but what if we have got all

(01:11):
wrong?
There is a difference betweenloneliness and solitude.
So loneliness is feelingdisconnected okay, even in a
crowd.
Solitudeitude, on the otherhand, is choosing to be alone,
to connect with yourself.
In today's fast paced world,we're constantly told to stay

(01:37):
connected, so to text, to call, post and engage.
But in doing so we may bemissing the power of being and
engage.
But in doing so we may bemissing the power of being still
and alone.
So in this episode we're goingto understand better the way to
see solitude.
Okay, so by the end you mightjust see it as one of life's

(01:59):
greatest tools for success.
But, as always, before to goforward, please subscribe.
So I know this is the rightdirection to drive you, to lead
you, to guide you towards yourjourney.
Your journey, guys, yourjourney to success.
It is a journey, don't forgetthat.
Ok, and it is a beautifuljourney.

(02:22):
Yes, sometimes you can faceproblems, sometimes you can face
difficulties, but overall youare going to see at the end of
the room.
So, the fear of being alone.

(02:45):
There are, let's say, fourpoints that I would like to face
this time.
So the first point is thestigma around loneliness.
So society often labelsloneliness as a failure, a sign
that you don't have enoughfriends or that there is not so

(03:05):
much outgoing, and they labelyou as an unnormal person.
So this stigma createspressures to always stay
connected, even if it drains us.
Ok, the second one.
The second point is the fear offacing ourselves.
So many people avoid solitudebecause they're afraid of what

(03:28):
they might find.
So self-reflection can beuncomfortable, you know.
But how can I say?
You have to force yourself toconfront your fears, your
regrets and your insecurities.
Number three is the culture ofconstant connectivity fears,

(03:49):
your regrets and yourinsecurities.
Number three is the culture ofconstant connectivity, so social
media and technology make iteasier than ever to avoid being
alone, and we've been trained tofill every quiet moment with
notifications, scrolling orchatting.
And the number four is theburnout Burnout from
over-engagement.

(04:10):
No-transcript.
When we neglect solitude, welose the chance to recharge and
rediscover our inner balance.
So these are the four topics, the four areas, let's say areas
full of challenges.
And these challenges show whysolitude is often misunderstood.

(04:32):
But by avoiding it, we alsomiss out on its incredible
benefits.
So how can we balance?
How can we face this situation?
Okay, here's the thing we'regoing to explore eight reasons
why solitude is not justbeneficial, it is essential.

(04:55):
The first reason is thepersonal growth.
So solitude gives you the spaceto reflect on your life and
make intentional changes.
It is where clarity begins, basically, okay.
Number two announced creativity.
Many artists, writers andinnovators find inspiration when

(05:18):
they're alone, so solitudeallows your mind to wander and
spark new ideas.
Number three improved focus, ofcourse, improved focus.
So, without distractions, youcan dive deeper into your work
or goals.
So this uninterrupted timeboosts productivity and

(05:39):
efficiency.
Number four emotional resilience.
So being alone teaches you torely on yourself.
So it builds confidence, helping you handle challenges
without constant externalvalidation.
Number five strongdecision-making.
So while you are not influencedby others, you can make choices

(06:03):
based on your own value andpriorities.
In fact, in this case, solitudesharpens your intuition.
Okay, number six deeperrelationships.
Yeah, it looks weird, we'retalking about deeper
relationships, right, because atthe same time, we're talking
about solitude.
But spending time alone canimprove your connections with

(06:27):
others.
Why?
What is the reason?
Well, because when youunderstand yourself better, you
show up more authentically inrelationships.
Okay, number seven mindfulnessand inner peace.
So solitude encourages you toslow down and be present,

(06:47):
helping you find calm in themiddle of this let's call it
life's chaos.
And number eight theopportunity to dream big.
Alone time gives you thefreedom to envision your future
without limitations.
There is where dreams takeshape, and you know it's

(07:17):
important to understand thatsolitude can help you to achieve
great things if you think aboutit, if you look at these eight
points.
But also we have practical tipsto embrace solitude.
So the first tip is, you know, starting small.
So we always talk about it.

(07:39):
It's important to spend 10-15minutes each day without
distractions, on just one thing, for example.
Second thing go for a walkwithout your phone or headphones
.
It is absolutely beautiful.
You feel the difference.
You know, when you eat.

(08:02):
Every time exactly the samething and after a while you get
nausea or you get bored about it.
It's the same concept.
So we are always attached onour phone.
Just go out without phone, andI Always always attached on our
phone.
Okay, just go out without phone, and I tell you, this is going

(08:28):
to be a huge difference for you.
Number three journal yourthoughts and feelings to explore
your inner world, of course.
And number four try meditationto deepen your connection with
yourself.
Now I would like to share apowerful story that changed how
I see solitude.
A close friend of mine, alexlet's call Alex, it's not Alex,

(08:53):
but let's call Alex went througha tough time after a major
breakup.
So instead of rushing to fillthe void with distractions, alex
decided to spend time aloneJournaling, hiking and even
traveling solo.
At first it was uncomfortable, but over time, Alex discovered

(09:14):
things about himself he neverknew, so his passion, his
strength and even the limitingbeliefs that had been holding
him back.
So one day he told me somethingprofound.
He said I always thought beingalone meant being lonely, but
now I see it's where I findmyself.
See, guys, alex's journey showsthat solitude is not just about

(09:35):
being alone, okay.
It's about reconnecting withwho you are and what you truly
want in life.
Now, today, we have flipped thescript on loneliness and
solitude.
We have learned that solitudeis not something to fear.
It's a gift.
It helps you grow, sparkscreativity, improves focus and

(09:57):
leads to a deeper understandingof yourself.
When you embrace solitude, youare not disconnecting from the
world, guys.
You are reconnecting withyourself, and that connection is
the foundation of success.
Okay, now I want to hear fromyou, as always what is your
relationship with solitude?
Have you found it to be asource of strength or does it

(10:20):
feel like a challenge?

episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who
might need this message.

Success, where we explore thetools and mindsets that leads to

(10:42):
a more fulfilling life.

It's a pathway toself-discovery and to um, to
reflect uh better uh of yourself, to discover who you really are

(11:02):
