Speaker 1 (00:00):
Have you ever wondered why some people succeed
while others struggle to findtheir purpose?
Some might say this is just amatter of luck.
Others believe thatcircumstances play a significant
role.
For example, they might thinkhave I invested in Bitcoin
earlier?

(00:20):
Or if I had to start mybusiness sooner, you know
something like that earlier.
Or if I had to start mybusiness sooner, you know
something like that.
And some people feel they lackthe necessary skills, when, in
reality, all that you need is alittle bit more reading and a
genuine sense of curiosity.
Meanwhile, some believe thatdreams are just dreams.

(00:43):
Hi guys, my name is Fabio fromJourney to Success, and welcome.
Today, I will discuss theconcept of finding your unique
purpose and explain why it isessential for personal
fulfillment and happiness.
But before we go forward, asalways, please don't forget to

(01:04):
subscribe.
So I know this is the rightdirection to lead you, to drive
you, to guide you towards yourjourney to success.
And let's get started.
Let's get started.
I have to be honest with you.
I don't know many people aroundme who have a deep sense of

(01:25):
purpose.
Yes, some of my friends arebuilding a great app to help
people learn more about wine, and my loved one is interested
in starting a business somedayand she's taking her first steps
towards that goal, which isquite different from working in

(01:45):
a company, for example, you know.
But as for the rest of thepeople, I know, I don't know
they seem stuck.
They seem stuck in an emotionaltwister.
So it is important to recognizethat everything is not just
black and white.
Okay, so some people havedreams, but are too afraid to

(02:07):
pursue them, and they may end upwondering what could have been
if they had at least tried.
And then there are others whobrainstorm and make plans year
after year, but never takeaction.
It is as if they pour waterinto a glass but instead of
drinking it, they pour it backinto the bottle, seal it and

(02:33):
then open it again to put it outand again and again, in
repetition.
Over time the water becomesdirty, old and dark.
That's the life in cases likethis.
At the end of the story, it'sall about energy, but if you
don't use it properly, you mayshape your dreams into

(02:55):
frustration and sadness.
Now, please don't get me wrong.
Yeah, I'm not judging.
If you know me a little bit, ifyou know a little bit myself,
you know that I'm not a personwho judges.
I speak this way because Igenuinely feel sorry for them.
I'm just sorry, truly.

(03:16):
I see so much potential aroundme and so many skilled people,
often more talented than myselfor anyone else I know, yet they
fail to express their truepotential.
So much potential, but what arethe common struggles people

(03:37):
face when trying to identifytheir purpose, such as societal
pressure and self-doubt.
You know?
Betterhelpcom says Socialpressure is the influence that
people feel from others in theirsocial circle or society at

(03:57):
large to act, think or behave ina certain way.
It can encourage positiveactions, like being kind or
working hard, but it can alsopush individuals towards
negative behaviors, such asconforming to harmful norms or
engaging in risky activitiesjust to fit in.

(04:19):
Essentially, it's the push andpull we all experience from the
people and culture around usshaping our actions and
decisions, sometimes evenwithout us realizing it.
Long story short, if you gooutside and care too much about
how you look compared to yourfriends, it's not so much

(04:42):
different from opening abusiness and constantly thinking
oh my god, her location isbetter than mine.
I could never achieve what marythe pastry beggar accomplished
in a day, even in a week.
And then you say my mother wasright not to open a business and
my friend was right to say Ihad the wrong choice.
I saw the disappointment in myfather's eyes because it's not a

(05:04):
hala shop.
Yep, I didn't make a bad choice.
So imagine, yeah, now imagineall what I say.
Imagine how much energy youwaste handling situations like
that and consider how much youcould use for your business or

(05:28):
to pursue your dreams.
In the last months, guys, I'velearned that we are containers.
At the end, we're containersfilled with energy, and in the
last weeks especially, I'verealized that this container is
not that big.
So you have to use your energywisely, not only to achieve your

(05:48):
dreams, but to assure thatthose dreams remain steady once
they are palpable.
Okay, so how can you do that?
Well, you need to work on yourself-belief.
Of course, you must understandhow to believe in yourself.
If you are clear about who youare and what you want to do in

(06:11):
your life, you won't need toexplain anything to others.
They will leave you alone, because if your self-belief is
so strong, you will not feelthat need to defend yourself
against social pressure, becauseyour energy, your attitude,

(06:31):
your actions, your way are goingto talk on its own, all right.
Another problem is self-doubt,which can be, let let's say, the
villain of self-belief.
There is an article onmediumcom titled how self-doubt
leads to broken dreams, and itis absolutely true.

(06:53):
In this podcast, guys, wediscuss dreams and how to
achieve them, but if you haveeven a little bit of self-doubt
even a little bit you cannotaccomplish them.
You cannot accomplish anything.
I'm not just referring toachieving your dreams, I'm

(07:14):
referring on everyday tasks.
So if you have a bit ofself-doubt, let's say about
cooking a good dish, the dishwon't turn out well.
If you doubt your ability toeat healthy, you likely won't
make the right choices.
A bit of self-doubt in managingyour finances will lead to

(07:38):
financial struggles will lead tofinancial struggles.
In short, having even a smallamount of self-doubt makes it
challenging to achieve yourdreams.
All right, so what are the threekey points to finding your
purpose?
The first point is believeyourself.

(07:59):
I know it sounds cliché, I knowthat, but it's true.
If you don't believe yourself, how can you expect others?
Like you know, your clients, friends, family, whatever
believe in you.
You need to work on buildingthat self-belief.

(08:19):
You need to work to believe onyourself.
So here are some practical tipsthat you can apply right away.
The first tip is to surroundyourself with positive people.
The second one is to celebrateyour wins, no matter how small.
And the third is remember thatfailing is part of the process

(08:46):
and it's crucial to learn fromthose failures.
All right, in fact, we oftenlearn more from our failures
than from our successes.
When we win, guys, we may feelsatisfied and let our egos take
over, but true growth comes fromfailure, not from success.
So you need to analyze yourfailures like a mathematician.

(09:10):
You know, understand whatdidn't work, the reason why,
then move forward.
As I mentioned before, it'sessential to celebrate those
small wins.
If you fail 100 times butsucceed 10 times, those 10
victories are incrediblyvaluable.
It's important to share themwith the right people, because

(09:34):
these people are the ones whoinspire and energize you.
There is so much more todiscuss when it comes to
self-belief, truly, and I'mconsidering doing a dedicated
episode on it, but for now, keepthis in mind, okay.
The second reason is why?
Your why, why are you doingthat?

(09:55):
This should actually beconsidered the first reason,
because when you start abusiness based on something you
love, you know, you naturallyknow your motivation.
Maybe you had an, let's say, illuminating conversation that
changed your life, or maybesomething happened in your past
that inspired you to createsomething valuable for yourself

(10:16):
and those around you.
You know, and consequently youwant to shape this experience
into a proper job.
So placing this point at thebeginning is essential generally
, but it can be easy to losefocus after achieving some level
of success without carefulevaluation.

(10:38):
So starting a business with aclear purpose is often easier
than ensuring you stay on trackonce this significant and
beautiful achievement is stillbetween the dream realm and
reality.
You know what I mean.
So it's important to remindyourself why you are pursuing

(11:02):
your goals.
When your answer consistentlyresonates with you, you can
affirm to yourself all right, this is my purpose.
Fair enough, I know it's hard, but I was born for this.
So let's keep moving forwardand never stop.
I'm like a clock, I'm like atrain full by diesel and I
haven't for this.
So let's keep moving forwardand never stop.
I'm like a clock, I'm like atrain fooled by diesel and I

(11:24):
haven't won the station.
Let's move forward.
Number three identify the thingsyou care about.
I'm going to give a drasticexample now.
Let's say you had a badexperience during your childhood
.
Okay, perhaps your family waspart of a notorious cult like

(11:48):
the children of goat, which isknown for abusing children.
And just a disclaimer, uh,joaquin Phoenix, the actor who
performed the Joker, also had asimilar experience.
His family was part of thiscult when he was a child.
So I looked for a real-lifeexample for you that is distant

(12:08):
from other issues that might beclose to you.
Okay, but just stay with me soyou understand what I want to go
with it.
Anyway, let's say that afterthis experience, you understood
that you were in the wrongsituation and your desire is to

(12:31):
ensure that others don't fallinto the same trouble.
You were Okay.
When you discover something youtruly care about, something
rooted in your past andimpactful, you enter an energy
loop that can be used inlimitless ways.
So, identify what you careabout gives you infinite energy.

(12:57):
However, be aware that thisinfinite energy exists within a
limited vessel, which you needto manage carefully.
We talked about this before.
So if you use it improperly, you might become overwhelmed.
You could drain your energy andreduce that infinite source you

(13:19):
possess.
In fact, these situations canlead to burnout and similar
issues, guys, so let's breakthis down To find your unique
purpose.
Remember these three crucialpoints believe in yourself.
Self-belief is the foundation.
If you don't trust yourabilities, how can others come

(13:43):
on?
Surround yourself with positiveinfluences.
Celebrate your progress, nomatter how small.
Learn from your failures.
Failure is not the end, guys,it's a lesson.
Number two know your why.
Ask yourself why you arepursuing your goals.

(14:04):
Your why should touch yourpassion, remind you to keep
moving forward, even when thingsget tough.
So purpose is not just aboutsuccess, it's about meaning.
And number three identify whatyou truly care about.
So your past experiences, eventhe painful ones, can reveal

(14:28):
what matters most to you.
So your passion burns frompersonal experiences, and these
experiences fuels limitlessenergy, but use it wisely to
avoid burnout.
Now I want to hear from you, guys, what is your biggest

(14:49):
takeaway from today's episode.
If you found value in thisconversation, please pass it
along to someone who might needthis message.
Your support, as always, meansthe world to me and, while
following me, is alwaysappreciated.
Sharing this episode to inspiresomeone else is even more

(15:10):
powerful.
Thank you for being part of theJourney to Success, family.
And remember your purpose isyour power.
Believe in it, live it and letit guide you forward.
Cheers.
