At 37, Crystal, who is a multi-dimensional ascension energy healer, had her kundalini violently open at the ripe young age of 16 at a meditation retreat for her birthday. What? And, no one knew what it was to boot. After this extreme event happened, she said F* THIS and went to film school, studied the culinary arts, dealt with extreme anxiety/panic/food issues, was a poker table dealer, lived in a tiny house, was/is an avid hiker, all to learn that she is an extreme empath. Taking great effort to heal herself, she then became an energy healer herself now living in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
