Entrepreneur who is a great multifamily investor & who help cancer patients w/wife Scott Jacobson

When I spoke with Scott Jacobson on the podcast, the interview was a very interesting conversation. Scott is the Founder of Onward Equity, he has two decades of active real estate investing experience and his knowledge ranges from single-family homes, duplexes, multi-family apartment buildings, and a medical/professional office building. Scott told me, that his career is his passion and life. Combining a passion for real estate with real-world experiences in property acquisition, management, and successful exit strategies, his vision is to align with like-minded people who can see the financial benefits and excitement that real estate investing can offer. Scott is currently working on larger multi-family real estate syndication deals, and since 2016, he has been a General Partner and Limited Partner over 4,000 apartment units throughout the Midwest and multiple industrial park complexes in the eastern US. Scott does not stop there. In 2013, Scott and his wife Denise founded a 501c3 non-profit charity called the SON Foundation, which serves as a home-away-from-home for cancer patients and their caregivers while they are in Indianapolis for treatments. Guests are not charged to stay at the SON House, and to date the SON Foundation has provided over 8,000 nights of lodging for its guests. This is so amazing and I give Scott and his wife Denise their flowers. I truly love this. When Scott is not working, he is spending time with his wife and son in Indianapolis. In his spare time he loves to travel domestically and internationally. He loves watching his son play baseball and basketball, and spend time with family and friends.
