Men work in some social settings, where anger and fear may arise. They may not know where the emotions are coming from, how to feel that emotion we will share what may help you.
Women tend to be vulnerable, men tend to be fixers. Its safe for men to be heard and seen too.
If men are vulnerable > lets create safe spaces for them.
The spiral, mental health, the snowball effect bigger, bigger, problem,
Ask for help > sounding board, take advice from people who get you.
Men suck up courage and put ego aside is an old construct. Lets reframe these old conditions.
Some men feel
Alone, and judge themselves.
Using vulnerability as your superpower
Its ok to be vulnerable
As long as I know what to do with the feelings I'm getting.
Fixer, took time to open up vulnerabilities, men are programmed to fix.
Help self > beating self up, why cant i help myself?
Will I be able to do this?
