Sharing our stories of what overwhelm looks like, stress and anxiety, PTSD may look and feel like. And how we each got through our own mental health journey’s. Sharing to inspire others on their mental health journeys.
It's important we know our strengths and who we can reach out to for support.
Pete shared his story, he has his black belt in martial arts too.
Turn those can'ts into cans.
We spoke on the tweaks to more balanced mental health.
Matty spoke on some of his stories also. Who also has a martial arts background. Keep on keeping on the perseverance and getting through the rough.
Matty used to work in the mines doing FIFO work around Australia.
He is now a Breathwork Practitioner.
Liz was in healthcare for 14 years, she was bullied as an assistant nurse, Registered Nurse & Student Midwife. She also left home at 17 yo. And lost her best friend to suicide. She now helps women to heal their trauma and grief and create healthy relationships.
We share some tools, techniques that may assist you and or your loved ones, during mental health crisis or change. And how you can ask for support, and know you are not alone. If we got through it, you can to mate.
