▫️ضریب ارزش‌گذاری بازار به زیر ۵ نزدیک می‌شود
در افق چهار فصل پیش‌رو و پس از برگزاری مجامع، برآوردها حاکی از آن است که ضریب ارزش‌گذاری بازار (P/E فوروارد) به زیر ۵ خواهد رسید؛ سطحی که تنها در چند مقطع خاص از تاریخ بازار تجربه شده است.
یکی از این مقاطع، پس از حوادث سال ۱۴۰۱ بود و دیگری از مرداد تا امروز؛ دورانی که ریسک سیستماتیک کشور به‌شکلی معنادار افزایش یافته.
با این حال، اگر بازار به این جمع‌بندی برسد که ریسک جنگ به‌طور کامل برطرف خواهد شد، حتی از سطوح کنونی نیز می‌توان انتظار رشد حدود ۱۰ درصدی شاخص را داشت.
▫️به‌نظر می‌رسد جنگ دیگر در اولویت سیاست آمریکا نیست، اما ریسک‌هایی مثل احتمال نزدیک شدن فروش نفت به صفر و وضعیت نامناسب کامودیتی‌ها همچنان جدی‌اند.
در این شرایط، فرصت بازده دلاری با انتخاب درست سهام وجود دارد.
اما در صورت توافق و یا هر شرایطی بهتر از فشار حداکثری، این ضریب ارزش‌گذاری است که می‌تواند به کمک ما بیاید.
