▫️در شرایط پرریسک خاورمیانه، داشتن پرتفویی متنوع شامل طلا، سهام، کریپتو و سایر دارایی‌ها ضروری است. سرمایه‌گذاری در بازارهای مختلف به کاهش ریسک و حفظ ارزش دارایی کمک می‌کند. در شرایط فعلی، اقتصاد در یک دوراهی قرار دارد: اگر توافق سیاسی حاصل شود، بازار سهام رشد خواهد کرد و احتمال کاهش ۱۰ تا ۱۵ درصدی نرخ دلار وجود دارد؛ و در صورت عدم توافق، رشد قیمت طلا محتمل‌تر خواهد بود. به‌نظر می‌رسد توافقی محدود در پیش باشد.
▫️در خصوص وزیر اقتصاد، آقای همتی آشنایی بیشتری با بازار سرمایه و ساختار سیستم اقتصادی کشور داشتند. در شرایط فعلی، وزیر اقتصاد باید شناخت عمیق‌تری از نظام اقتصادی داشته باشد و اراده لازم برای ایجاد تغییرات اساسی در برنامه‌ها را نشان دهد.
▫️بازار سرمایه ایران به‌شدت تورم‌محور شده است؛ به‌طوری‌که با افزایش نرخ دلار، بورس نیز واکنش نشان می‌دهد. سیاست‌های مالی و نرخ‌های سود بالا در بازار پول، مانع از رشد و گسترش بازار سرمایه شده است.
▫️موضوع نقدشوندگی در سال‌های اخیر اهمیت زیادی پیدا کرده و صندوق‌های سهامی قوی‌تر شده‌اند. دامنه نوسان ۳ درصدی محدودکننده است و دامنه نوسان باز بهتر است. به همین دلیل، انتخاب صندوق‌ها به دلیل نقدشوندگی مناسب‌تر میبینم.
