Episode 82 is all about change and how to develop a love of it vs fearing and dreading it. This episode is about maximizing any changes that come your way by utilizing a few simple techniques that anyone can do. Change is a part of everyday life and when met with a positive healthy mindset can yield tremendous benefits for you.
I know that change can be really hard for some people. It’s a control thing and that’s why it’s so important to remember that the only thing we EVER have control over is ourselves and our reaction to others. Yes, I said it again!! For me, change is usually a welcome thing. I have my moments like anyone else when the unexpected shows up, but overall I embrace it. Practicing personal development consistently over the years has definitely helped with that and my hope is that this episode will do the same for you.
In this episode I talk about: Change in general, 5 different ways to help you maximize change, where spirit comes into play, and a few personal examples
Life is fluid and never static. Everything is energy, including us and energy never stops moving. When you look at change as spirit’s way, life’s way, of growing and expanding it makes it much easier to deal with and embrace. Even the painful kind. Everything has a purpose and is by design. Designed to help us move forward in life and complete what we came here to do. Trust the process of change and maximize it any way you can.
