Episode 93 Are you the type of person who speaks off-the-cuff or are you one who tends to mind your words? I promise there is no judgment here and no right answer! Both options have their usefulness. We are all unique but equal at the same time. We all have individual thoughts and experiences that make us who we are and yet no one’s opinion is more important than anyone else’s for the mere fact we each have one 😊
The words we say and write have power. The power to uplift others and ourselves and the power to destroy others and ourselves. The power to heal and the power to harm. My goal for this episode is simply to bring awareness to that power. To encourage you to pause for a moment, at least once in a while, before you speak. Ask yourself- is what I’m about to say going to be helpful or hurtful?
In this episode we talk about: -The power of our words, Netflix’s “The Crown”, a few tried and true sayings to remember
Everyone has the right to speak their mind and freedom of speech should always be protected- fiercely. But with that freedom comes responsibility and self-discipline two things that practicing personal development can and will help you achieve.

Boysober
Have you ever wondered what life might be like if you stopped worrying about being wanted, and focused on understanding what you actually want? That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
