Tracy Swinson  was one of our very first guest spots when this journey of podcasting first began. You can catch Tracy's past episodes 6 & 7 in Season 1. In those first two short episodes Tracy shared her journey from death's door, guardian angels in the hospital to hearing not once but twice the words cancer, navigating depression & suicidal thoughts, the loss of her mother to Cancer, losing her business during Covid & being a mother to 3  children all whilst navigating this traumatic & ever evolving & rolling roller coaster journey she called her life.  

 At the time that we had our very first conversation Tracy had begun penning her story not knowing how this literary journey would unfold &, during the process, she was experiencing the unravelling of a love relationship she leaned on for support which then ended in divorce, she then decided to pack her bags & head to a new city to try to shift the negative narrative in her life, focus on her literary journey & pen her story. A new chapter begins.

Tracy has officially released her book titled "Unbreakable." & in this episode, she briefly discusses why she decided to share her personal life story, what she hopes readers will take away, lessons learned, how her mother’s gentle whisper had been a voice of support in the darkest moments of her life, & her plans for the near future.
