It's a new year and a new season! That's right. It's Season 5, and I'm starting off with a primer or reminder about the importance of celebrating and how forming a daily habit of celebrating the good stuff in your life can increase gratitude and joy. Then, I go left and rant about people I don't even know on Instagram and challenges with my account.
Laughing Matters features the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers.
- Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence.
- Libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me.
- Rants or stories are about anything I find funny and want to share.
- Ask me a question. It might be featured in a future episode.
