From Coaching to Costa Rica w/ Cathy Tallone

In this Episode, Cathy and Jayme discussed their experiences as entrepreneurs and coaches. Cathy shared her journey of transitioning from the seacoast of New Hampshire to Costa Rica, where she built her business and community. She acknowledged the challenges of being an entrepreneur, including the need to constantly adapt and evolve.

Cathy shared her experiences as a beach bum, ski bum, and New York City career woman, and how she eventually found her spiritual awakening through motherhood. She also mentioned her work as a doula and massage therapist, which led her to become a Reiki master and eventually a transformational life coach. Jayme and Cathy both expressed their curiosity and intuitive nature, which played a significant role in their personal and professional growth.

Storytelling and Life Transitions Discussed
Cathy and Jayme discussed their shared passion for storytelling and its significance in human evolution. Cathy, who works with women, particularly enjoys their stories and believes in the power of storytelling to reveal hidden truths and emotions. They also discussed Cathy's move to Costa Rica with her family, which was facilitated by a series of "green flags" and a desire for freedom. Cathy now lives in Costa Rica, where she coaches and runs a podcast, and she expressed her ongoing learning and appreciation for the country.
