Small wonder, when you consider that people typically don’t call law firms or work with lawyers because they’re happy and all is well. Intake specialists on the front lines can play a role similar to first responders, at least from the emotional side, dealing with newly traumatized people – a phenomenon especially common in personal injury law. Lawyers themselves deal with difficult cases that can take them to the breaking point.
