Get a Grip on the Bible by Jerry L. Burton
Jerry Burton is an ordained minister with a PhD in Church Administration. In the secular world, he has held top executive positions in several international corporations and is a retired US Air Force Lt. Colonel. His extensive background includes: science, religion, business, and education. He has advanced degrees and practical experience in all these areas.
Jerry’s deep belief in the worth of every person drives his passion for sharing his knowledge and experiences. He has published articles and training manuals in science, business, and education and is now venturing into books in the areas of military memoirs/history, religion, and humor.
His passion for sharing God’s Word in an understandable way has led Jerry to write a three-volume study guide to the Bible. Volume One, Get-A-Grip on the Bible, Genesis through Ruth, was published by WestBow Press, a division of Thomas Nelson and Zondervan. Volume Two, Get-A-Grip on the Bible, 1 Samuel through Malachi, is targeted for December 2023. Volume Three will cover the Inter Testament Period through Revelation.
