Sophie Guignard s'est tellement intéressée aux prises décisions qu’elle s'est consacrée à l'écriture d'un livre sur le sujet, "Je choisis donc je suis", publié en mai 2021 aux éditions Flammarion.
Sophie est une jeune femme déterminée, curieuse et créative. Elle a commencé sa carrière en banque d’affaires , avant de diriger le magazine culturel Les Inrocks à Buenos Aires puis de rejoindre la rédaction du Monde, à Paris.
Dans cet épisode, nous nous interrogerons avec elle les ressorts de nos choix dans notre vie, notamment dans un contexte d’incertitude, dans les sphères professionnelle et personnelle.
