Today we dive into the world of Human Design with Allyson Turk.  Allyson is the Founder and Human Design Specialist at The Speak Through, a space to allow your whole self to speak through you.   She offers a wholistic approach to wellness through the lens of Human Design and Energetic Integrity. 

Human Design uses your birth information to provide a blueprint for your energetic signature; informing how your natural energy operates, makes decisions, and interacts with the world around you.  Offering 1:1 sessions, mentoring and education, Allyson helps activate and guide you to your own specific energetic integrity, believing that no one knows better for you than YOU.

I loved this conversation with Allyson, after learning about Human Design and finding out my type I was blown away by how much it resonated with me. In todays episode Allyson gives us a 101 of Human Design. She broke down how we can use Human Design in our lives, with our kids and work and more.
