For years, my pursuit of āmaking itā was defined by achievement ā the next job, the next title, the next opportunity. I believed that once I arrived, Iād finally feel complete. But like many of us who chase success, I found that the bag we climb toward often holds less than we expect ā and that the meaning weāre after isnāt waiting at the top at all.
This conversation is about what happens when you finally āget there,ā and realize that fulfillment isnāt something you find ā itās something you build along the way.
