Distribution Bucké, un acteur clé de la distribution de bières de microbrasserie québécoises depuis plus de 10 ans, a annoncé la semaine dernière une nouvelle majeure qui pourrait transformer l’avenir de l’industrie brassicole et des boissons au Québec. Depuis, mon Messenger, mes textos et ma boîte courriel ont littéralement été inondés de messages de curieux voulant en savoir plus et comprendre la portée de cette annonce.
Je me suis rendu au Balthazar du Quartier DIX30 à Brossard pour rencontrer Mathieu Laflamme, un des copropriétaires de chez Bucké, afin de discuter de leur nouvel investisseur — dont l’identité demeure confidentielle jusqu’en juin. Mais bonne nouvelle : quelques indices nous ont été glissés lors de notre échange et bien sûr, nous discutons de l'industrie.
