Caroline Séguin mène avec succès depuis son plus jeune âge une carrière de flûtiste professionnelle dans les grands orchestres du Québec. Elle décroche le poste de flûte solo de L'Orchestre de Trois-Rivières et le poste de piccolo de l'Orchestre Métropolitain, le tout dans le tout début de sa vingtaine. Elle a donc le parcours dont la majorité des musiciens rêvent. Elle décide pourtant en 2011 de se lancer dans une autre carrière, celle de coach de PNL. Plus récemment elle décide même de publier son premier livre intitulé "Au delà de la performance, passer de la tête au coeur", recueil de ses textes de blogue du même nom débuté en 2014.
