Cet épisode hors-série propose un retour sur les activités proposées par le Conseil Québécois de la Musique* dans le cadre de son événement biennal intitulé le Grand Rendez-vous de la musique, dont l’édition 2021 s’est déroulée en format virtuel en raison des impacts de la crise sanitaire. Trois jours de conférences, d’échanges, de réseautages, de vitrines d’artistes visant à faciliter la circulation des concerts au Québec en traitant de sujets communs aux diffuseurs et aux musiciens.
Pour une première année, le CQM souhaitait accompagner des jeunes professionnels du milieu lors de leur première participation au GRDV. Pour se faire, le CQM a collaboré avec LOJIQ via son programme d’aide à la mobilité et Entrepren’arts afin de les guider dans les différentes étapes du parcours, en préparation de l’événement, pendant les trois jours d’activités et après les trois jours.
Pour cette première cohorte, 7 artistes ont été sélectionnés pour participer à cette nouvelle initiative commune du CQM, LOJIQ et Entrepren’arts : An-Laurence Higgins, Coralie Gauthier, Sam Kirmayer, Frédérike Wagner, Émilie Fortin, Thomas Chartré et Christina Bélice. Ils nous partagent leurs réflexions, leurs réactions à chaud, leur analyse, leurs coups de coeur et leur bilan de l’expérience.
