Pedro Espada on vocals, Jeff Losawyer on guitar, Hector Acevedo on bass, Rick Gatheman rounds out the rhythm section. Voodoo Moonshine released their full length sophomore CD "Bottom of the Barrel" on February 4, 2022.
In this conversation the guys detail the many twists and turns the band has experienced over their 20+ year existence. The lineup has changed over the years with Pedro and Rick joining more recently. Luckily, the music has been consistently strong; especially the more recent output.
Topics covered in this talk include the differences between their experience working under a label in comparison to their newly independent status, the origins of some of their songs, discussing the process of making music videos, future live and studio plans and much more.
