Diandra talks to us about the original uses of the term intersectionalism as well as the rise of intersectional environmentalism on the heels of the 2020 murder of George Floyd. We talk about the difference between traditional philanthropy as juxtaposed to ‘mutual aid,’ and the impact business can have when offering support. And we chat about their ‘Earth Sessions,’ book giveaways, and other great tactics being used to build relationships and community among their growing networks as they tackle some of the biggest issues of our time.
