My name is Shannon Cutts andI'm an animal sensitive and
intuitive Reiki masterpractitioner and animal
communication teacher here withanimallovlincom and for our
purposes today, I am also yourfriendly neighborhood hostess
for the let's Talk to Animalspodcast.
(00:34):
We are now in our fifth seasonand I have had the great good
fortune of interviewing amazinglightworkers, holistic
practitioners, healers,communicators and intuitives
from around the world, and todayis no exception.
In fact, you are in for abeautiful treat from the land
(01:00):
down under.
We have Annette Anderson fromQuantum Living Podcast joining
us today to share her uniqueinsights on the intersection of
interspecies consciousness.
We're sharing our planet withone another, with Mama Earth
(01:22):
herself, with so many differentanimal species, and there is so
much variety, there are so manydifferent perspectives that
sometimes it can stretch themind to the point of
impossibility.
And that is what quantum livingis all about.
It's about expansion, it'sabout growth, it's about
(01:44):
evolution, and so I have invitedAna here today to help us
understand what it means to liveat the quantum level.
This is a word that we hear alot, it's thrown about a lot,
but sometimes actuallydeveloping a personal
(02:06):
understanding and a personalrelationship with quantum living
can feel hard to define or evenout of reach.
This is Anna's specialty.
I'll let her tell you a littlebit more about all of the
different ways that she can workwith you and about her
wonderful podcast, but for now,I just want to invite Anna First
(02:33):
of all.
Anna, welcome.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
So happy to have you.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
So happy to have you,
and I want to invite Anna to
introduce herself to you andshare her story in her own words
.
How did you come to understandthis quantum time period that we
are living in, where so many ofus are waking up?
(03:01):
Waking up so I discovered yourpodcast, quantum Living, in that
most mysterious way thatintuitive living happens.
I was clicking away on theinternet and one click led to
another, and before long I waslistening and was immediately
drawn to your message thateverything is energy, and so
(03:24):
keen to hear more wisdom aboutthe intersection of science and
spirituality.
Boy did that sing to my heart, and so I would just love it if
you could share a little bitmore about your personal story
so they can get to know you andalso understand how you came to
do this work that you do today.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Thank you Absolutely.
Thank you so much and I'mdelighted to be invited to be on
your podcast.
So thank you, I reallyappreciate it.
Well, my personal story isprobably not uncommon, as I'm
sure most of your guests willsay.
I had a very strong connectionwith the Spirit since birth,
(04:06):
pretty much had vivid memoriesof my past lives and pretty
quickly realized that there wasmuch more to life than what we
perceive through our five senses.
Death as explained by theCatholic Church didn't make any
sense to me, and I knew that weare much more powerful than we
(04:29):
realize, and so pain andsuffering, for example, and all
bad experiences didn't makesense to me.
I knew that there was a betterway to live, some sort of secret
that must be uncovered.
Live some sort of secret thatmust be uncovered.
(04:49):
And so, very early I embarkedon a quest to find out how life
really works.
So the emphasis is on reallyworks.
I was drawn to personal andspiritual development, which
became pretty much my passion,if not an obsession, since my
kindergarten.
As I could read from the age ofthree, I never forgot the
(05:12):
language I spoke in my previouslife, which happened to be in
the same country, so I couldread without being ever taught.
Since then, I have read everybook on personal and spiritual
growth I could lay my hands on.
Over the years, I walked onfire, explored energy healing
(05:33):
and alternative therapies,practiced Buddhism, learned
meditation, spirit channeling, past life regression and
explored hypnosis, psychology, nlp, which is neurolinguistic
programming, and finallydiscovered quantum physics.
I was looking for answers, orat least for some direction,
(05:54):
which I found in the works ofmany great teachers and thought
leaders, such as Tony Robbins, greg Braden, dr Bruce Lipton, dr
Joe Dispenza, lewis Hay, drWayne Dyer, napoleon Hill,
cattoli, dr Michael Newton andmany, many others, including the
(06:16):
channeled material Seth Speaks, channeled by Jane Roberts, the
Lazarus material channeled byJack Purcell and Bashar,
channeled by Daryl Anka.
In the early 2000s, I completeda certified life coaching
training with NLP and started mylife coaching practice as I
(06:41):
wanted to help people to improvetheir lives with what I have
learned myself.
Then, at some point, I cameacross quantum physics and saw
that it bridges science andspirituality, which really
resonated with me.
I realized that thisintersection is a sacred space,
(07:05):
possibly the secret to how lifeworks which I wanted to find,
and a very unique space, apowerful recipe for empowered
living.
It was, I think, in 2009 orthereabouts, when I attended a
three-day workshop with Dr JoeDispenza here in Australia.
(07:26):
I bought and read his books andnever looked back.
I found a direction for my workand I coined its name or a title
Quantum Living, which Ieventually adopted as my brand
and my trademark and have beenteaching its principles, which I
(07:47):
have further developed andbuilt upon with my research and
psychic insights, ever since.
So, in essence, what is quantumliving?
It is living consciously, understanding how life works at
the energy level and how we canwork with the energy to navigate
(08:08):
through life in the fullawareness of it rather than on
automatic, driven by ourunconscious programs and habits.
It is about being self-aware,self-empowered and free,
learning the secrets of ancientspiritual teachings now
confirmed by quantum physics.
So here is the nexus that givesus many practical tools and
(08:32):
strategies to improve our lives.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
Inspiring.
I love that when we start tobring our awake awareness to
those unconscious patterns andthat subconscious programming
Things.
To my heart and so many of thenames that you mentioned, in
(08:58):
particular Dr Michael Newton I'min process right now reading
his books and experiencing pastlife regression and life between
lives regression and boy hasthat added a new dimension to my
own work and awareness, addingso much to my life.
Here on, let's Talk to Animals.
(09:18):
So many in our listeningcommunity are somewhat too very
aware that intuition is a partof the human organism.
It can be a part of the humanexperience.
We have different degrees offamiliarity with terms like
(09:38):
intuition and psychic senses.
Some of us we've come to it alittle bit later in life, like
myself.
Others, maybe they were veryself-aware very early on in life
, like you were.
You actually mentioned in yourbio which I found fascinating
being an indigo child descendedfrom a psychic lineage.
(10:01):
So my question to you is wereyou always aware of your
heritage and what I'm callingyour intuitive inheritance?
I don't know if you look at itthat way or not, so I'd love to
hear about that as well.
Or did that make up part ofyour spiritual journey in this
lifetime, kind of recognizingthat each lifetime we come in
(10:23):
with kind of a set of lessons,if you will, a la Dr Newton, we
come in with a set of lessonsthat we're looking to learn and
maybe some milestones that we'rehoping to reach, and so I'd
love to hear more about how, knowing this information about
yourself kind of informed yourgrowth in this lifetime about
(10:44):
yourself, kind of informed yourgrowth in this lifetime?
Speaker 2 (10:46):
Great question.
As I mentioned earlier, I'vehad very strong intuition and
connection with the spirit, pretty much from birth I mean, I
don't know when.
I didn't know any different andto me it was natural.
So that is often the case.
The peer pressure, the lack ofunderstanding in those days when
(11:09):
I was little pretty much forcedme to not so much completely
block those skills but certainlyto suppress them for a number
of years.
But still this didn't preventme from being aware that what we
are seeing with and perceivingwith our five senses, it's just
(11:31):
a tiny, tiny part of what lifeand existence and consciousness
is really.
Now, your question about mypsychic lineage is very
interesting and no one has everasked me about it, even though
it is on my website actually.
So great question.
I wasn't aware of my psychiclineage until my late teens.
(11:54):
My mother's family had theroots in Hungary, in particular
the female Hungarian gypsies.
Hungarian gypsies and for thoselisteners who are not familiar
with this, gypsies are, orEuropean gypsies are nomad folk
(12:15):
groups well known as fortunetellers.
So they basically travel fromtown to town, village to village
in those days across Europe, and whenever they came to your
town, people were rushing tohave their palm, read and find
out about their future.
So they were well known fromtheir psychic and intuitive
skills, which those days wascalled future telling, which
(12:40):
could be both the physical andthe cell gene in my DNA, and it
didn't come as a surprise and itjust makes sense.
It's unfortunate that I wasn'table to get more information and
more details about it, butthere were many secrets in my
family.
(13:00):
Not much information waspreserved and passed on and most
documents obviously were lostduring the war and my parents,
or my mother in particular, never talked much about the past
, or her family or her ancestors.
I believe that it was mygreat-great-auntie who was a
(13:22):
gypsy, a Hungarian gypsy, and Iactually feel a connection with
her.
I often in my meditation cansee an image of a female gypsy
and I am working on establishingbetter communication with her
(13:43):
to perhaps find out a bit moreabout it.
So, with my naturally opensixth sense, since birth I have
been drawn to the unknown andthe mysteries of life, and
developing my psychic sense was,I guess, part of my spiritual
journey ever since.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
So fascinating.
There are so many differentways in which we can receive
information about our lineage, and I know there are many people
around the world probably manyin our listening community who
can relate to what you shareabout not having access to
written documents, not havingaccess, for one reason or
(14:23):
another, to records to help themput some context around who
they are, why they are, the waythat they are and the
inheritance that they'vereceived.
And so it's a beautifulinvitation, if you're listening
to this and you do feel thatblock or that frustration, to
(14:45):
consider there might be anotherway.
In fact, ana, you teachmeditation and we'll talk about
that in a little bit.
I know that's very important inyour work, and so you might
just try on, for size, askingyourself if you could perhaps
reach out to your lineage, toyour ancestors, to your
relations in dreams, time or inmeditation or in a guided
(15:08):
visualization, and ask them tosend you some information that
way, ask to develop arelationship with them, and that
could really heal some thingsfor you and just give you more
context and confidence in yourlife.
And speaking of relationships,of course, here on let's Talk to
(15:32):
Animals, if you have beenlistening along with us for any
length of time.
You know we're all aboutsupporting soulful inner species
conversations and so, ana, I'mcurious about how you personally
experience the role thatanimals can play in our human
consciousness, in our spiritualawakening.
(15:53):
Of course we've got a sisterpodcast episode on your Quantum
Living podcast where we go intoa little bit more detail about
that as well.
So I will put that link in theshow notes so you can catch up
on both episodes and get abigger picture perspective of
this particular question.
But one area, as you and I havechatted about a little bit
(16:16):
before, that I find soespecially fascinating is how so
many people are drawn toparticular species.
For you it feels like horseshave been so powerful for you.
For me I have always had such aspecial relationship with birds
.
So do you feel like there maybe a special message for you or
(16:40):
for any pet parent that could behidden within their desire to
have the company of a particularspecies, maybe even like a
spirit animal or a totem animal,or a message from the quantum
field that they feelparticularly predisposed to
(17:01):
receive through an animalmessenger?
Speaker 2 (17:07):
predisposed to
receive through an animal
messenger.
I love this question, thank you.
I really love this question andI would like to preface it with
a little bit of context andshare some of my insights about
the soul journey.
I believe and I understand thatthe soul journey includes
incarnations in every kingdom, from the mineral kingdom, as
(17:28):
crystals and rocks, to the plantkingdom and the animal kingdom,
as well as the ecosystem'skingdom with the oceans and even
the planets, moons and the suns.
There are, of course, otherkingdoms in the universe we
don't even know about just yet.
(17:49):
There are also many levelswithin each kingdom, and they
progress with growing complexityof the entity and their
consciousness, from thecollective to group to
individual.
For example, minerals andplants have a collective
consciousness.
As I understand, fish, birdsand reptiles have a number of
(18:12):
group consciousnesses for theirspecies, and mammals have
individual consciousnessfragments.
As humans, we are part of animalkingdom, not the human kingdom
in its own right and above theanimals, as many people believe.
So once we are born as a humanand I think this is really an
(18:35):
important point in thisconversation and an aspect and
concept in this conversation wehave already lived in all those
kingdoms, and in animal kingdomin particular, and so our
connection with the animalkingdom is permanent and it
never ends.
We've been there.
Put simply, I still havememories of running as a wild
(18:58):
horse, memories and dreams ofrunning as a wild horse across
the prairie and as a littlemarsupial eating lychee out of
all things somewhere on a treein the Indonesian rainforest,
which is fascinating.
But I know that these are notjust my things, but actual
(19:21):
memories.
And to answer your question, what role animals play in our
spiritual awakening, I can saythat animals are absolutely
integral beings.
Could you imagine this planetpopulated only with humans and
no other species?
It would be boring.
(19:41):
To begin with, animals help usat two levels.
One, they help us remember whenwe lived in their kingdom as
animals, to awaken our soul, memory that we are always
connected.
And two, which is crucial, theyopen our hearts with empathy,
(20:05):
compassion and love.
You could try this experimentBring along a cute little puppy
to a workplace, a party or someother social gathering and
notice what happens and howpeople react.
Most people will want to patand cuddle the puppy, cooing to
it like to a baby, and theenergy in the room noticeably
(20:27):
changes.
People relax and smile.
You know I love all animals, but especially dogs and cats,
and have a very special place inmy heart for the horses, as I
mentioned, I often dream ofbeing a white horse running free
, and I know that it's not asymbolic dream but my soul
(20:48):
memory.
Why?
And this could be a clue foryour listeners?
Because I wake up from suchdreams with a sense of longing.
I am longing at some level forthis life, for that life as a
horse.
I always talk to animals, justlike I talk to the plants, trees
(21:10):
, crystals, rocks, the ocean.
I naturally communicate withall types of consciousnesses on
the planet and if someone says,do you really talk to the plants
and trees, I say, of coursedon't you.
There is also another reasonfor feeling a special connection
(21:30):
to a particular species or ananimal, and that's the person's
animal spirit guide or animaltotem, a power animal, and
that's the person's animalspirit guide or animal totem, a
power animal.
Now, there are manydescriptions of how they are
different.
To me, your animal spirit guideis your power animal and it's a
(21:52):
species that chose to guide andsupport you with their
spiritual energy in thislifetime, on your journey.
So if you know your spiritanimal or your power animal, you
might like to have a photo or adrawing or a painting or a
(22:13):
little figurine of your poweranimal and also connect with it
in your meditation, because theyare here for you to help you.
Speaker 1 (22:24):
I love this idea and
it's so funny that you say, of
course I doctor the plants, don't you?
So often when I share with newanimal communication students
that one of the ways I startedintegrating my practice into my
daily life was, instead of justblindly watering every plant on
(22:48):
a set schedule, I began askingeach house plant and there are
many in this house do you needwater house, do you need water?
And it's so funny to see someof the reactions I get really,
and they'll tell you and I'm notalways right, but I'm getting a
(23:10):
lot better at sensing wherethey are in their need for water
, and so that is a great exampleof one way to just start that
dialogue.
Now you mentioned perhapsinviting your spirit animal into
your meditation, but what aboutfor somebody that doesn't know
what species or who their spiritanimal is?
(23:34):
Could you suggest maybe a verysimple meditation or a question
that they could work with intheir meditation to maybe start
to find out the answer to that?
Speaker 2 (23:47):
question.
But a quick and effectivetechnique or a tool that I might
suggest to your listeners isjust go to a quiet place, so
ideally maybe somewhere in thenature or in a quiet room.
(24:10):
Just sit down, close your eyesand relax, take a few deep
breaths and relax, tuning in.
Take a few deep breaths andrelax, tuning in and after a few
moments, simply ask thequestion I'd like to know who is
my power animal?
And please note, I say who, notwhat on purpose, because to me,
(24:35):
who, when we are addressing ordescribing an entity, or
referring to an entity as who, implies consciousness or
conscious being.
When we refer to something aswhat, it implies, usually a
non-conscious object, put itthis way.
So I actually like referring toanimals as who is my power
(25:05):
animal and then listen for a fewmoments.
Just stay quietly and listen, tune in.
You might hear a word, you mightsee an image, you might just
get a feeling or sensation.
Don't try to force anything.
Just be quiet and allow thisinformation to come to you Now.
It may not come straight away.
It might take maybe two orthree such sittings, but the
(25:30):
more often you do it, thestronger is your intention to
find out and bring your spiritanimal or your spirit guide to
your awareness.
Now, if you ask me, does everyperson have a spirit animal?
My answer is I believe so, justlike we all have our spirit
guides.
So an animal spirit guide is nodifferent to a different type
(25:56):
of spirit guide, which could bean ascended master, could be an
angel, could be your deceasedloved one, could be any
consciousness on the other sideof the veil of the physical
three dimension that we live in.
So, yes, I believe thateveryone has a animal spirit
(26:17):
guide.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
To which I say lucky
us, we are so lucky, so this is
so interesting.
I love the idea, especially forthose of us who we do come to
our awareness of intuition, ofquantum living, of waking up, of
evolution later in life.
(26:40):
And as I'm listening to you,I'm imagining a me who maybe was
never told that talking withanimals was something that
wasn't possible.
Imagine right now, as you'relistening to us chatting,
imagine that you live in a worldwhere everybody just assumes
(27:02):
and behaves like talking withanimals is totally natural and
normal, where receiving a poweranimal spirit guide, knowing
their name, knowing theirspecies, feeling their conscious
energy and I love thisdistinction you make, because
this is such a huge part of thejourney is being very aware how
(27:26):
every word counts, how themeaning of every word matters,
the care that we take with everysingle word that we choose
matters.
And so just imagine if you wereyou, but instead of being told
that animal communication iswoo-woo or that quantum science
(27:48):
is pseudoscience or whatevermessages that we may have picked
up from earlier generations andmaybe colleagues or people in
our network or relative, imagineyou lived in a world where you
were always told thatinterspecies communication is as
natural as breathing and, ofcourse, we live in a quantum
universe where everything isinterconnected in beautiful,
(28:10):
wise ways.
How would that change yourawareness of you in this world?
How would that change yourawareness of the power that you
have to give and receive loveand make this world a safer,
better place for all beings?
It's pretty magical to thinkabout and speaking of thinking
(28:34):
about and imagining, ana, youalso mentioned that you have
made it your life's quest.
I love that you could read fromthe age of three.
Reading has always been one oflife's great joys for me, but
you mentioned that ever sinceyou learned to read, you dove
into books and teachings andlearning everything you can
(28:57):
about how life really works, andI would love to hear some of
the tidbits, maybe some of yourfavorite choice morsels, about
what you've learned.
Can you share any highlights, especially, of course, from we
love animal perspectives, butwhat have you learned about how
(29:18):
life really works?
I would say this is the onequestion, other than what
happens after you die, this isprobably the one burning
question that every embodiedhuman soul has.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
Beautiful question
and it is a huge body of
knowledge and even in terms ofmy own learnings and research
and findings and experience andpractice, which probably would
take the whole new episode, butjust for the purpose of this
conversation, what I would liketo share is four key highlights
(29:53):
from what I have learned anddiscovered that are relevant to
this conversation and discoveredthat are relevant to this
conversation.
The first concept that I reallyfeel is important is that
everything is energy, includingour thoughts and emotions that
carry information, and this isthe basics of understanding and
accepting telepathy, throughwhich we communicate with other
(30:15):
people and animals.
So if everyone listening tothis podcast could just for a
moment accept that everything isenergy, including our thoughts
and emotions that carryinformation, and then think of
communicating with your animals, the bridge has been created and
(30:38):
the process will be much easierbecause now we understand.
Okay, this is how it works,it's not just a mambo jambo.
The second point is thatconsciousness is non-local,
which effectively means it'severywhere.
It means that we can access theinformation we need from the
quantum field and it is not inour head.
(30:59):
Our brain serves as a receiverand perhaps temporary storage of
data, and this principleexplains how remote healing
works, how remote viewing works.
So you can do a Reiki healingon a person or animal who are on
another hemisphere or anotherplanet for that matter, it
(31:23):
doesn't matter.
You don't need to be in thesame room with them, because the
consciousness is non-local.
You can access the informationyou need in the quantum field at
any time, you need in thequantum field at any time.
And, by the way, I feel that weare being taught this principle
by the universe with theinternet.
(31:46):
Okay, you are in the US, I'm inAustralia, and yet we are
together In this space and time.
We are together.
Our two consciousness fragmentshave blended for the duration
of this conversation, hopefullyfor much longer, but we are
connected.
We are not in the same room, okay, we are thousands of miles
(32:11):
apart.
So this is another importantpoint.
Now, reincarnation is, ofcourse, a big one.
Point Now, reincarnation is, ofcourse, a big one.
I mean, I didn't actuallydiscover reincarnation per se,
as I knew from day one thatreincarnation is a fact of life.
I vividly remembered my pastlives vividly, and to me it was
(32:32):
normal.
But I did learn that wereincarnate through the animal
kingdom before we are born ashuman and, as I mentioned
earlier, through all thekingdoms.
So this is the information thatcame to me later on in the
course of my research andstudies.
So that's an immediateconnection.
(32:54):
And the fourth principle let'scall it from quantum physics
that I feel is relevant to thisconversation and this topic is
the power of imagination increating our reality.
And that's when guidedmeditation comes in.
When we visualize that wecommunicate with our pet, for
(33:14):
example, and can understandtheir message.
We are creating this scenarioin the quantum field, that we
communicate with our pet, forexample, and can understand
their message.
We are creating this scenarioin the quantum field.
So while initially it may bejust our imagination, when we
keep doing it time after time,it will soon become real through
(33:35):
our intention, because the wayour intention will collapse just
getting a bit technical herewill collapse the wave of
possibility into a particle ofmatter.
So knowing and understandingthis principle helps us relax
into it, because it is ascientifically proven fact that
(34:01):
our imagination is creating ourreality.
So let's use it.
Let's use our imagination asoften as we can and let's don't
be discouraged if something wewant to manifest doesn't happen
instantly or the next day or ina week.
(34:22):
It will happen, because, infact, when we start doubting
that this will happen, that wecan actually manifest, our doubt
breaks the energetic link andweakens our intention.
And it is for a reason that onthis physical plane we are, in
(34:46):
most cases at least, we are notable to manifest things
instantaneously, because we needto learn the process first.
So that's why we have atime-lapsing, say could be an
hour a day, a week, a month,sometimes a few months,
depending on the situation, onwhat we want to manifest in the
(35:08):
physical reality.
And if something totallyunexplainable happens very
quickly, we call it a miracle, which opens the door to another
conversation, whether what wecall a miracle is a spiritual or
spirit intervention, orassistance or help and or a work
(35:32):
at the quantum level of our ownpower.
So this could be another wholeconversation.
Speaker 1 (35:41):
Yes, it could.
That is fascinating.
Speaker 2 (35:43):
So, to recap very
quickly for the benefit of the
audience everything is energy, including our thoughts and
emotions that carry information.
Consciousness is non-local.
It is everywhere, it's a factof life and the power of our
imagination creates our reality.
Speaker 1 (36:02):
So here I am sitting
here, listening to you,
imagining a world where we allintend to communicate with
animals.
We take that wave of purepotential, the energy of our own
imagination, your potential, the energy of our own
(36:25):
imagination, we focus it, wecreate the particle of
experience that animalcommunication is real, that it
happens and that it happens withus.
Would you say that that is ameditation that my students
could work with?
Speaker 2 (36:38):
This is a very short
well, you can call it meditation
or very, very short, very quicktool or technique that anyone
can use without necessarilygoing into meditation, and it is
effective.
All you need to do is, as I said, close your eyes, become quiet,
tune in within and then gothrough the process, ask the
(37:02):
question and listen.
However, when you mentionmeditation, well, meditation
isn't necessary to haveintuitive conversations with
your animals, or with people forthat matter, with other people
for that matter but and there isalways a but it depends on the
person.
(37:22):
Just like some people arenaturally psychic and don't need
any courses or classes ondeveloping psychic intuition,
while others will benefit fromsome instruction, practice and
guidance to learn the processuntil they don't need it anymore
, so the same principle applies,in my view, to intuitive
(37:45):
communication with animals, orany consciousness for that
matter, whether on this plane orin other dimensions.
Just to put it in a bit of acontext, the main purpose of
meditation is to lower yourbrain frequency from beta to
alpha down to theta, dependingon what you want to achieve in a
(38:07):
meditation, in order tocommunicate with the
consciousnesses that operate ona different frequency, you need
to be literally on the samewavelength or very close to it
or get into a state that servesas a bridge allowing such a
connection.
(38:28):
This is a complex process and westill don't quite understand it
.
And the first question we askhow come I need to lower my
break frequency in order toalign with a much higher
frequency of the spirit, whichseems like a paradox, and the
answer is which I can give atthis stage.
(38:48):
Don't fully understand theprocess myself, but the answer
that I can come up with at thisstage is brain frequency 4 to 8
cycles per second to resonatewith the frequency of the
quantum field, and it opens acommunication channel with other
dimensions via telepathy and infact, even the low alpha
(39:11):
brainwaves, which are between 9and 14 hertz or cycles per
second, which is our daydreamingstate very relaxed daydreaming
state facilitates telepathy.
The guidance in a meditation isto help you get there and learn
the process.
(39:31):
It is not the only key toaccessing altered states of
consciousness, but a tool tohelp you get there.
Now many people still preferusing guided meditation after
years of practice meditationafter years of practice as they
might find it easier to followand find it enjoyable.
(39:52):
So my recommendation for yourstudents and anyone wanting to
learn telepathic communicationwith animals is to start with
guided meditations and learn toquiet your mind and get into the
alpha state, where you canlearn the process and then start
practicing getting into thislower state, this altered state
(40:16):
of consciousness, withoutmeditation.
Again, it may take practice andthis will differ for different
individuals, but it is a usefuland helpful process to follow.
And just very quickly, if I may, speaking of meditation, I'm
actually working on a guidedmeditation.
(40:38):
I produce guided meditationsmyself and I'm working on a
guided meditation to help peopleconnect and communicate with
animals, our pets that havepassed our power animals and all
creatures in the animal kingdom.
And this meditation will takeyou down to the lower alpha
(40:59):
brainwaves, which is ideal fortelepathy, and it should be
available on my website, probably in a couple of weeks or
so.
Speaker 1 (41:07):
That is fantastic.
And what makes me soparticularly happy about this is
that knee-jerk reaction that somany aspiring communicators
have when they hear the wordmeditation.
But I can't meditate because Ican't quiet my mind.
So that very simple See for me.
(41:29):
I've had a meditation practicesince I was 19.
I'm 53 now so I'm prettycomfortable with that doesn't
hold a fear factor charge for meanymore.
But that very first, so simpleinstruction that you give just
find a quiet place and quietyour mind.
That stops almost everyone atthe door and I don't even know
(41:51):
if it's just a culturalperception, especially for those
of us who grew up in certaineras where all of this was
relegated to woo-woo, andespecially for those of us like
myself who grew up in the BibleBelt South here in America,
where if you meditated it meantyou weren't a good Christian, et
cetera, et cetera, and so thatsimple instruction can feel like
(42:14):
a gatekeeper and for me, I'venoticed that many of my students
respond really well to guidedmeditations.
Number one because it givestheir brain something productive
to do and number two becausethey don't feel like they're
going quote unquote in thereinto their own minds, into their
(42:34):
own beings alone.
So I love that you're offeringthis resource and I'm excited to
share it with our listeners.
I hope you will share a littlebit more information.
We're at that moment where I'mgoing to ask you to share how
our community can reach out toyou, certainly how they can
(42:55):
access this guided meditation.
I love listening to your voice, like just listening to you talk
, like I feel like I'm goinginto a calmer, more balanced
brainwave state and I feel likethis is going to be a really
good resource for my studentsand for anyone who's listening
and really wants to go deeper.
(43:16):
So can you share a little bitmore about how to reach out to
you, how to connect with you,how to access the meditation and
how to listen to quantum living?
Speaker 2 (43:28):
podcasts?
Absolutely, and before I dothat, I just would like to also
give another quick strategy.
Speaker 1 (43:37):
Oh, we'd love it.
Speaker 2 (43:38):
Meditative strategy
which is particularly effective
for people who find it reallydifficult, really hard to quiet
their mind with the constantchatter, and even for them to
sit down for five minutes posesa big challenge, huge challenge.
So here is, if you like anintermediate or transitional
(44:01):
step, walking meditation, go fora walk.
Go for a walk.
So, either on the beach orthrough a forest, ideally in an
open space and without anychallenging pathway that you
need to pay attention to whereyou're walking.
So that's why probably a beachis an ideal place because it's
(44:22):
just an open space and you walkon the sand.
So for those people who find itreally challenging, I recommend
trying first a walkingmeditation.
So just start walking on thebeach and think of nothing.
Focus on the sound of the waves, the gentle breeze, the sound
of the seagulls and all othersounds that are natural on the
(44:47):
beach Not necessarily peopletalking or playing loud music.
You don't want that.
But even if that happens, justignore it and focus on the
natural sound and what happensis with a rhythmic movement of
the body which is walking.
So walking slowly, at the samepace for, say, 5, 10, 15 minutes
(45:10):
, will quiet your mind and itwill help your mind to relax and
just focus on the environment,so this might be helpful.
Speaker 1 (45:22):
Very helpful,
especially because we are a
nature-loving bunch, and sobeing able to give ourselves
permission to take a nature walkand we'll be learning a new
skill and we'll be connectingwith animals and nature it's a
(45:42):
natural fit and I love thissuggestion.
This is such a good fit for ourcommunity.
So, yes, I am definitely goingto try this.
I love this idea.
Most of my meditations are donein the morning or during a
session, or in the evening.
Very rarely do I give myselfthe gift of taking a walking
(46:04):
meditation, so I love this idea.
Thank you.
So please do tell us how to stayconnected and be a part of your
community.
