La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) est l’opérateur du Compte Personnel de Formation depuis sa création en 2015 lorsqu’il a remplacé le Droit Individuel à la Formation (DIF). Et depuis la loi du 5 septembre 2018 : « Pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel », il a pris un véritable virage, venant secouer le monde de la formation.
L’émission « Objectif compétences, le CPF au service de l’emploi » de l’Express en partenariat avec la Caisse des Dépôts a consacré une édition spéciale à ce sujet, réunissant Marianne Kermoal-Berthomé, Directrice des politiques sociales de la Caisse des Dépôts, Jérôme Marchand-Arvier, Délégué général à l’emploi et à la formation professionnelle, Thibaut Guilluy, Directeur général de France Travail, et ponctuée par les interventions de Jean-Pierre Delfino, directeur général de l’OPCO santé et d’André Martin, Vice-Président du Conseil régional Pays de la Loire.
