By the time I turned 16 years old I couldn't wait to DRIVE my own car!
I had READ about them all of my life (up to that point in time).
I wanted to do more than only READ about driving a car.
It was time for me to grow up and DRIVE my own car.
Reading about Jesus is meant to be an absolutely an ongoing powerful encounter with God.
And it can be.
Especially when we start to DO the things Jesus said we would DO in His Name.
DOINGand Reading.
Words and WORKS.
DOING actually is a natural process of growing up and becoming mature.
Much like actually DRIVING.
PRACTICING AND DOING GO HAND IN HAND (even making mistakes are part of growing up)!
We don't WORK for SALVATION but we most certainly DO STUFF in order to GROW UP and become MATURE!
