He reminded Dawn of a lovely timeless book on building wealth: The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason It all starts with increasing your Financial IQ. 

The book is nearly 100 years old but its 7 timeless wealth principles are still valid today. The book is a simple roadmap fro anyone wanting to build a sound financial future - especially young people. Applying them helps you create a life without wrries about money.
