Angels by definition, serve as a divine messenger, intermediary or protector of humanity, and nothing could be truer than these brave souls. In this this episode of “Life Unscripted,” Alix Kendall sits down with 2 leaders of the “BRAVER ANGELS” movement to learn how they are getting Democrats and Republicans to sit down and talk to one another. MELINDA VOSS is one of the state coordinators for BRAVER ANGELS MINNESOTA. She retired from the Des Moines Register and Tribune after 26 years as a reporter, and has taught journalism at three universities. She leans BLUE. SCOTT SCHLUTER is also a Co-coordinator of BRAVER ANGELS, and has been a member since 2018. He leans RED. The two went on a nine day “Reduce the Rancor” bus tour, along with other volunteers, who organized workshops, and met with local community members across Minnesota mnbraverangels.org.
